Becareful here. It wasnt very busy this am for a Saturday. And my sister had ordered glueten free items off the very small gluten free menue section... And the server did not double check or confirm if it was to be a glueten free pancake or not and served someone with celiac disease a pancake with glueten. Then proceeded to blame my sister for not making it clear and stated they're from a medical background trying to defend her actions. Not safe at all. Still charged us we wont be back.

I had the churro waffle with Portuguese sausage and eggs. Everything was delicious. Our server Emily was very polite and attentive. It was a great place to catch up with family for breakfast. Thank you ☺️

Overall I like the place but the maple syrup they have is really stringy and sticky. Same at multiple locations over about a year so seems to be the actual syrup they are choosing to use. Not sure why they are picking that syrup cause honestly it makes a mess and it’s hard to eat. It also doesn’t have the best flavor. Honestly if they replaced the syrup then I’d go there a lot but until then I just go from time to time and I am making sure to bring my own syrup with me

The waffle is so good! I loved the openness of the place. The food and service was great. Perfect breakfast spot in the neighborhood.
My wife and I are from Indiana, and this was a first time visit (Inspirada location), wanted to try something we don’t have back east, and the food did not disappoint, and the serving size was more than adequate for the price, highly recommended, and Dusty was awesome, great attitude and customer service, and a good dancer with great taste in music.

The food recommendation that Angel made was excellent *asada and eggs skillet/ Strawberry cheesecake pancakes). The food was delicious but what made the difference was the exceptional customer service that Angel provided. 100% recommended

First time visit. Food was good, we each ordered Belgian waffles, with a side of scrambled eggs & sausage (or bacon). We also ordered decaf coffee. Portions were good, service was friendly and attentive. Waffles were served right out of the kitchen - hot.
Although the restaurant seems small, there is plenty of seating both inside and outside - on an adjacent, uncovered patio.
Overall, a good experience, although our bill came to $60. with gratuity (the reason for our 4 star rating).
