Grill City Henderson has some really tasty Filipino dishes when the food’s fresh, that’s the best part. But the overall experience can be frustrating. The lines are always slow, the setup feels unorganized, and it’s common to see tables and even chairs left dirty even during slower hours. Depending on the time and day, you might get a great meal or something that’s been sitting a while. It’s a place with good potential and flavors that remind you of the Islands, but it really needs better management and consistency to make the experience worth coming back for regularly.

I bought a ginataan mais tonight, 06.14.2025 at 7:22 pm. for dine out and when I finally got home to eat it, the damn thing tasted like soap, which made me throw up whatever the amount I that was already in my mouth. I also bought banana langka and the container smelled like fish. Tried calling Seafood City and Grill City between 8:45 pm and- 8:50 pm but no answer.
What in the world is wrong with this place?!!!!

Food was good, came in at 8 AM for opening and all the tables are still dirty from the night before. Trash on the floor and dried food on the tables. NASTY

I tried ordering two items combo and decided to have one dish with chicken, and I wanted KareKare for the 2n item but was being charged $2.00 extra for the KareKare because the meat is expensive. I decided to go somewhere else instead.

I order today aug 1 . Combo 2 foods for to go. Some reason my first bite I throw up when I have the chicken adobo I try to call the customer service twice no one answer my call. My husband so worried. I told i got stomach problem when I have the chicken adobo . The chicken adobo that they gave to Me is already in container . Not sure how long its been n container and now stomach sick . I called seafood city no# No one answer the phone & Grill city .I took uber just to come on grill city and order food but they give me food make me sick.
