Hank's Fine Steaks & Martinis

Waiting for 20 minutes past our reservation time to be seated at a poor and very loud table diminished our experience. Food quality and service were acceptable, but not up to Hanks historically high standard. We've celebrated many milestones at Hanks and this is the first time we came away disappointed.

The service was impeccable, top notch, and the waiters were very friendly. The food was excellent as always.

Amazing Experience. Had a fabulous dinner the first time, had to come back a week later to confirm. Service, friend and exceptional. Food, absolutely delicious. Cocktails, outstanding! There are a dirth of Steak places, this one is one of the best.

Had an incredible anniversary dinner! The service was extremely attentive and hospitable. All of the food was very tasty, well prepared, and a great value. I also really appreciate the zero proof cocktails on the menu.

Had a reversion for 6ppl for a birthday. Service was extremely slow. We had what seemed like 3 different servers. We ask for another basket of bread and when the runner dropped it off it didn't come with butter so we asked for more butter and he laughed! As a group that works in the industry we were shocked by his response. There was absolutely no flow to our coursed out meal with very long pauses with nothing on the table between courses. This was all of our first time there and it was disappointing especially for a $700 bill. The birthday dessert came out and it was the smallest dessert I've ever seen. We love GVR but probably won't dine at Hanks again.

Very loud. And every time I have a reservation I am made to stand and wait to be seated. They do not know how to manage table assignments and availability. With two people manning the check in they cant figure out how to show you immediately to your table.

The crab claw cocktail is excellent, only surpassed by the chateaubriand, which with the veggies was outstanding.... All during happy hour with $8 martinis. Who could ask for more?

The food was amazing, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful evening.

This restaurant is located inside the Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa. It was close to where I was staying, and I was looking for small bites and appetizers while indulging in happy hour drinks. We had reservations, so we were seated fairly quickly. I wore business casual attire.

The service was quick, which I really appreciated. However, the food was not hot, or even warm. I'm not sure if they pre-prepare dishes based on popular menu items that are likely to be ordered, but I found the food to be somewhat disappointing. I didn't mention it to the waiter because, to be honest, we were enjoying the happy hour the prices, and I didn’t think it was worth making a big deal out of it.

The lobster roll was probably the tastiest item we tried, while my least favorite was the fried shrimp, which tasted heavily of oil with a hint of lemon. The waiter was pleasant and attentive, and she recommended a pear drink that wasn't on the menu, which turned out to be a great choice.

I’ve been here over a dozen times and not once have they fallen short of having great service and food. If you’re looking for somewhere not on the strip and fair prices then Hanks is the spot to go!

We have been going to Hanks for many years and it was always fabulous and the food and service this time was fabulous. I noticed the portion size was extremely decreased but the prices even higher!!! This was a bit of a shock but the food and service were great. Our 22 ounce steak seemed very small and the expensive as well as 156.00 for 6 pieces of king crab. We did not do bottle of wine only my partner had a class of the house wine. We had cappuccinos and flaming bananas foster that were not as good as Ruth Chris or Jacks Binions. The Cappuccinos were very good. It was another great experience but with the portion size being decreased, I doubt we will return anytime soon.

The live music was a little too noisy for conversation where we sat but it was such a great experience. The team there was amazing and the food was so delicious.
