Definitely try the Martinis, truly amazing. The atmosphere and decor is outstanding. The service and presentation is impeccable. The steak, and their gnocchi bolognese just perfectly delicious. Everything our group tried was excellent. You can not go wrong. The only thing as in all restaurants, the noise level is not conducive to carry on any serious conversations. We totally enjoyed the birthday celebration.
Dining at Hank's is always an amazing experience. Our servers, Alex and Louie, were just great. The food is outstanding and cooked to perfection.
Always an excellent place to get a celebration started. Food is perfect every time and the service comes with a price but it is a price wort paying if you wish to be satisfied. They accommodated 2 wheelchair bound patrons and their caregiving family. Every request is accommodated including a side that is a happy hour item that we love. When you want a steak, seafood or a blend with a nice cocktail Hanks is worth the price. I can say one thing...book early and come early for value in the bar for a happy hour prior to your reservation.
Susan and I decided to celebrate her birthday early and chose Hank's because of their steaks. We started in the bar during "Happy Hour". The calamari was just "okay" but the bottle of La Crema Cabernet was chilled perfectly and its jaminess was perfect with the appetizer. And not only was it great with our starter but the manager carried the unfinished bottle into the dining room for us to drink with our meal. We shared our first ever Kobe beef Carpaccio as our dinner starter. It's was everything we'd ever heard that this unbelievably expensive meat was purported to be. This splurge which was hard to follow, we always split the much-loved Steakhouse salad prior having to our entree. Last evening we chose the Black Hawk American Wagyu as our steak and it was crusted absolutely perfectly. All evening long Margo, our waitperson, took great care of us, making sure every thing was "just so" for Susan's celebration. She talked us through each course and made sure our shared New York steak was crusted precisely the way we wanted. Hats off to this jewel of a server!!
I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Trevor at Hank’s Steak House, and I can confidently say he made our dining experience unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, Trevor’s warm welcome and genuine smile set the tone for the evening. He was attentive without being intrusive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask.
It’s rare to find someone who can combine professionalism, charm, and efficiency so effortlessly. Thanks to Trevor, our night at Hank’s wasn’t just dinner — it was a memorable event. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Trevor by name!

Service in the bar was quite terrible. The waitress seemed to have an attitude and was very inattentive. Our dinner was terrible...we could not cut our steak with the knives that were provided. The waitress actually said let me bring you a new knife (like that would make a difference!) They did take it off the bill it though...it was an $80 steak! The halibut was dry...for the 2nd time. Our going to Hank's days are done!

There is no other word for Hank's other than "outstanding." From the ambience to the exceptional food, there wasn't a detail missed. The food was simply superb. Our group sampled everything from the salmon to the wagyu steaks and five sides. It was all "melt-in-your-mouth" delicious, extremely flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The waitstaff could not have been more attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was a little noisy the day we were there, which made conversation a bit more difficult than normal, but not impossible by a long shot. The prices are high - expect to pay $100-$150 per person easily - but the quality was incredible, and the attentiveness of the waitstaff made it a very special experience.
We enjoyed our dinner at Hanks. The food and service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this place!
I’m currently in the dining room and appalled at the lack of service, flavor in the dishes served and overall experience. Please don’t waste your time or money! Go to herb and rye, anywhere but here !

For my wife's bday I made a reservation here because my wife and I always wanted to go to Hank's and we have heard great things about it. To say we were disappointed would be putting it mildly. Both of the servers that tended to us including Erik made no suggestions about the menu or cocktails. The first gentleman asked if we were getting anything other than just water. Erik after my wife asked if you have any special or specialty cocktails Eric responded. “Everything is special”. I'm a big fan of filet mignon which is why I always order it when I go out to a steakhouse. I ordered my medium and it came out slightly overcooked which is fine. But it was very dry. My wife ordered the halibut and it came out very dry as well. The sautéed mushrooms and the asparagus were fantastic. You guys would not know if the halibut or the fillet came out dry because no one at all came to the table to ask us how everything was going. The only time somebody came by is to offer to box our leftovers and to present the check. The gentleman that ran the food and the other gentleman that brought out the bread had far more personality than the two servers who attended to us. Which is why the gratuity reflected the level of service we received. My wife and I are big fans of banana fosters and I was excited to try it here. However we could could not justify paying for anything else. We didn't feel valued or receive value for what we paid in comparison to the service and how the entrees turned out. Before we left we spoke to the manager and he offered to invite us back and offered to give me a business card. I politely thanked him for his time and listening and declined his offer. We will not be going back.

Let me start by saying, everyone should be aware of the bartender Lexie. I’ve never experienced customer service the way I have seen this girl act. Me and my girlfriend walked in one day, per usual the bar was covered with all reserved signs, and only two customers sat at the bar. We asked if all the seats were reserved for the evening or if we have time to grab one quick drink, she immediately snapped and asked if we could see the signs, and said there was people coming in soon. We saw two open chairs with no reserved signs. one on the right side of the bar and one on the opposite side of the bar on the left. My friend asked, can these two free chairs go together? So we can sit together? She aggressively snapped again and said absolutely not, we have regulars. And that we can sit opposite ends but we would need to get up in 7 minutes when they get there. I thought it was silly that they have two open chairs on opposite ends of the bar but the way she spoke to us and treated us was inexcusable. We felt completely disrespected and unwelcome. While we were only there to get one drink, she made us never want to come back. Even her two customers at the bar were appalled by her behavior. We left and went to another bar in the casino, where I saw some other friends I knew, turns out they tried to sit at the bar also and had the same experience. Said she was the rudest bartender they’ve ever came across. This is also a GM of a very high end restaurant. Me and my friend are bartenders on the strip and have been for 15 years and I’ve never seen any one talk to people that way or act that way in any establishment, especially fine dining. Everything else at Hanks has always been pleasant and I’m sure if there was another bartender there our experience would have been completely different. Unfortunately this girl needs to get learn hospitality if she’s going to be in this industry. How she talks to people and the way she lashes out and delivers the message is embarrassing and appalling.
Server needs to be more knowledgeable and more attentive

The meals are ordered a la carte style, which is good in the way you get the choice of the sides you like. Very pricey but extremely good.
