Every time I been in the last let’s say 6 months there’s no mild sauce. One would think the reason that Harolds is so popular in Chicago and so successful that they’re able to move to different locations in different states was because of the sauce ,and you run out of sauce and expect us to buy your house brand of barbecue sauce👎🏾 it’s ridiculous not once but multiple times you can get chicken from anywhere, but you can’t buy nor get mild sauce unless you’re in Chicago buy on Amazon, a lot of Vegas natives wouldn’t understand the value of the mild sauce get it together. Also the seasoning is either too salty or not seasoning at all. Vegas Harolds they’re making my city look bad.

They N E V E R are full stocked on anything. How does a fried chicken spot run out of hot sauce. How does a chicken shop run out of chicken! I kid you tf not. I’ve came here 5x. The first four time I came here, I ordered nothing and just walked out because they didn’t have what I wanted nor what I would substitute it with. Last time is today and it’s because they have no chicken. Seems as if the owner doesn’t have the funds to keep this business running adequately and should just close shop.

Don't eat hear!!! Making there own nasty sauce in front of customers instead of Harold's sauce , always out of half the menu, and you pay full price for wings and you get a piece of a wing ding. Half the product but full price. Example: Ordered 24 whole wings and got 24 party pieces of wings. Really a disgrace to the real Harold's!

So I’ll be honest The cat fish was kind of bland it was cooked okay but no flavor. The chicken was cooked nicely, and there was some flavor but it was average at best. Nothing beyond a churches or Popeyes. The sauce was actually good to me cuz I’ve never been to Chicago. However it just taste like good bbq and hot sauce mixed together. I think i can make it better at home. I give them 3 stars for being average.

I Ordered Two 4 Wings Dinner , The Meat was Old and Only Received Cut Up Pieces of Chicken. No Whole Wings like Chicago. I was Given Hot Sauce not Mild Sauce like in Chicago also Thin Fries not Regular Cut Fries like Chicago. It Smells like Harolds Chicken when you walk in but the Food was Horrible. Very Disappointed 😞 I had to Throw the Food in the Garage. Wasted Money and Time Traveling to this Location.

So I ordered thru uber eats and did a pickup, so I wouldnt have to wait. I gave them 30 minutes got there and still had to wait another 15 minutes. The food smelled really good on the ride home but i guess smells and looks can be deceiving. I guess no one believes in salt, onion powder, garlic powder bc that was the blandest chicken i have ever had in my life and the fries also had no seasoning it was only edible with sauce. Gizzards were soft and tough at the same time also bland. The chicken was juicy and crunchy but I should not have to douse it in sauce to give it flavor.

This location is mismanaged. The owner is shooting craps at Sunset Station while they are losing business. They run out of food, regularly and the food is overpriced. The new cashier got into a shouting match with one of the patrons and she went on a rant about how stupid he was, despite the complaint being valid. Waited nearly one hour for $16 chicken and fish and a $3 drink which barely had ice in it. Get it together. I won't be coming back to this location, ever.

I’m a Chicago native, the chicken at this location was horrible. I waited over 30 minutes to be completely disappointed. I ordered a bucket of 24 wings with fries for $35.99, they failed to mention they were pieces not whole wings and the pieces were unseasoned and on steroids!! I will never, ever give them my service again. This Harold’s need to close ASAP since they have no integrity and cannot uphold the correct standards of customer service while profit seems to be the only objective! The cashier was nice though.
