This location is temporarily closed. Save yourself the trip and call ahead donāt waste your gas driving out there. The food is good so give them grace as they transition in this season . Made a 1 star to bring attention to the post so people are aware.

I gave them a 1 star because they're inconsistent. The one up north is hood and the young lady that took our order was that, they ddnt have a lot of menu items. The store in Henderson is closed until further notice, looked like it is going out of business and the store on Charleston & Nellis hasn't been open the last 3 times we went so we figured it was closed down too ( that was about 2 months ago).

Every time I been in the last letās say 6 months thereās no mild sauce. One would think the reason that Harolds is so popular in Chicago and so successful that theyāre able to move to different locations in different states was because of the sauce ,and you run out of sauce and expect us to buy your house brand of barbecue saucešš¾ itās ridiculous not once but multiple times you can get chicken from anywhere, but you canāt buy nor get mild sauce unless youāre in Chicago buy on Amazon, a lot of Vegas natives wouldnāt understand the value of the mild sauce get it together. Also the seasoning is either too salty or not seasoning at all. Vegas Harolds theyāre making my city look bad.

Ok. As a 40th and king drive native, of course the food is always on-point but some just have a proclivity of having an ill-spirited demeanor. The light-skined young lady at the register is a poor representation your business. With her being the first person you encounter it's not helping the service one bit. If I had an opinion in placement, I would have the young man from North Carolina ( with the gold teeth) in the front of the house. His attitude was inviting and warm as if he wanted our business. I'm not trying to bash the young lady, but it seems that something if a little off-set when it comes down to how she presents herself to the customer. I definitely hope the visit is more pleasant. I hope the owner could possibly have the crew engage in some type of sensitivity and conflict resolution training. I hope this post is taken into deep consideration and issues get resolved before the business is known for such incompetence. Thank you for your consideration Mr. Sherrod

We had their catfish bucket delivered a couple of weeks ago and we absolutely LUVED it, so decided to get dinner from here today. Unfortunately, they didn't have most of the items we wanted to get. Gizzards..not available. Fried mushrooms..not available. Fried okra..not available. Pickle chips...not available. The cashier was super nice about it but I'm incredibly disappointed.

The chicken was fried fresh while you wait. Light batter and seasoned perfectly. This is strictly casual dining. Nothing fancy, but the food was well worth it.

They N E V E R are full stocked on anything. How does a fried chicken spot run out of hot sauce. How does a chicken shop run out of chicken! I kid you tf not. Iāve came here 5x. The first four time I came here, I ordered nothing and just walked out because they didnāt have what I wanted nor what I would substitute it with. Last time is today and itās because they have no chicken. Seems as if the owner doesnāt have the funds to keep this business running adequately and should just close shop.

Don't eat hear!!! Making there own nasty sauce in front of customers instead of Harold's sauce , always out of half the menu, and you pay full price for wings and you get a piece of a wing ding. Half the product but full price. Example: Ordered 24 whole wings and got 24 party pieces of wings. Really a disgrace to the real Harold's!
