This was very confusing it's called Blume. We could not find it so we went to Scrambled instead. Then I saw someone's post on here with a picture also saying how confusing it is. Well you missed out on our business.

I was dying to try this place since it opened and finally got the opportunity to do so. As some others mentioned, it is inside Blume. There is no easily seen sign for Hashbrown so look for Blume and head inside. We were fortunate the place was empty for lunch. The plush Victorian style seating was comfortable but felt a bit out of place for breakfast. I was enamored by the lead photo of the avocado toast stack so I ordered that. The menu indicated all items in the section came with hashbrowns. The waiter did not bring any and I had to show them the menu before he aquiesced, still mumbling that it referred only to the Benedict's even though it said All. But ultimately they arrived. My compliments to the photographer of the avocado toast because my stack was significantly smaller looking. However, it was delicious and quite filling. We also split two candied bacon sides for the three of us. They were very thick slices of bacon with a delicious maple sugar flavor

I stopped here because from the name I thought it would be like a breakfast diner. Except it's not. I honestly don't know what it's trying to be. The decor is so strange to me. Velvety blue chairs and crystal chandeliers. Sparkly and glittery it looks like a bridal shower could hold a really cheesy party here. The customer service was really slow, there were 2 of us and a toddler. I ordered bacon eggs and hash browns, my son ordered a burger. My food was mediocre at best. Sorry I really don't have anything positive to say. Maybe it was an "off" day.

A bit of an unusual place for a breakfast joint. It is in an office complex on St Rose Parkway. Eclectic place with blue crushed velour seating and a huge bar. The food was good. The coffee was tasty. The service was adequate. The portion size was decent. My two minor issues are: - the hash browns bordered on undercooked which is odd for a place called Hashbrowns. - the coffee was priced at $4.00 which was overpriced in my opinion. The overall experience was pretty good and if we are in the area we would stop here again.

We came here with a group of girls for brunch wanting it love it as the atmosphere is really cute but that is where the love stopped. Service is mediocre at best and and the food is a bit of a bait and switch which started with the fruit plate that online looked amazing and in person was beyond poor. Menu is ordinary and nothing very exciting or new. In addition, No tea kettles for hot tea but rather dirty cups with hot water brought to the table for refills. Also, weird magician card trick person waking around. Top the experience off with the fact that the restroom doesn't have paper towels to dry your hands but rather cheap napkins. This is not what you would expect when you are coming for a brunch experience - hard pass going forward.

This place is gorgeous! It's off the strip but has the glam of being in the Cosmopolitan. It's blingy and an Instagram dream. Not only was the food delicious but extremely reasonably priced. This is a great place for brunch. We had pancakes for about eight dollars and a delicious omelette for about $11. Not to mention the service was credible this time. Definitely a place to check out especially as a local!

We really love this place. We just wish the service was a little bit more attentive and intuitive. Once the order is taken it often seems as though the service becomes very lackluster. Entrées are often delivered not timed with other entrées. It is not uncommon to need a to go box and have your plates in front of you with food with no recognition by the server that you might need it to go box. Even after they have cleared all the other dishes. The food is always very good and it's very reasonably priced. We will definitely keep coming back and helping the service will get better in time.

We enjoy coming here. The food is always excellent and the owner / operator is great and very I'm moved. It is slow though abd sometimes a little clunky. There's very little on-going service as well. Once you get the food, table maintenance is minimal. We'll keep coming back because of the food but it's the only comment I typically make when referring this restaurant to friends. One other note, we understand you aren't doing the patty sausages. Bummer as that was great. But the Turkey sausages need reworking. They are little dried up meatballs really and just not good. I feel like they were far more moist before. But anyways, the C&C waffle was amazing! Turkey gravy stellar, various sandwiches are great!!!

The food was wonderful. There were many options to choose from. One of of ordered blueberry pancakes, another ordered eggs Benedict with chorizo, another ordered steak and eggs, and I enjoyed a chicken and jalapeño waffles. Yum!

The early birdie gets the worm We stumbled upon this place which is actually called Blume. We were the first ones there at 8 am on a weds. We arrived at breakfast HAPPY HOUR 6am-9am. Who would of thought. My husband and I splurged on Benedict's with Jalapeño hollandaise sauce, Steak Hashbrown( more steak than potatoes-super) and a Belgian waffle with some type of citrus butter. Marisa was more than exceptional. Will definitely come again!

Service was slow. Food is not great either. Wouldn't recommend this as a brunch spot if you're a foodie

We went to Hasbrown for brunch (my first time). The ambiance and aesthetics are definitely IG worthy. We had excellent customer service from Joseph and Brett. I had the Salmon Benedict and that was delicious. The Salomon Benedict had so much flavor and the hasbrown, exactly how i like it, with a little bit of crisp. I would / will definitely recommend this place for a quick bite or with a group. If you're interested across the hall, they have a nice venue to throw parties in. I will be back for sure to try all the other stuff they have on the menu. Thank you Joseph, Brett and Valentino for an amazing experience!

Loved it! Our server Rosa killed it. The food was great, the location was pure elegance and the service was wonderful. Overall we had a great time, I will be back and recommend this restaurant to friends. I can't wait to return and do bottomless Bloody Mary's. I had a cappuccino and the Benedict both were great. My fiancé had Huevos Rancheros and it was fantastic. We used to go to Metro Diner for it but now that they're closed we had to venture out and find a new places it we can be regulars at. Even though I had an eggshell in my food this place is 5 stars. They even had a magician!

Overpriced and tacky. Feels "plastic," and the staff does not genuinely care about your business. This place needs some seriously better management. I give it a review of 2+ stars because I've been here 3x and experienced the service --breakfast, lunch, evening... It has an ambiance like lower class people trying to pretend to be "high class" feel...? --If I could put it in my best words? When my husband and I walked in, he thought we were at a Beyoncé night club, and it made him feel uncomfortable. To be honest, it does have a really weird vibe... especially during daylight hours? The tacky velour and plastic crystals... and even the staff, managers, and entertainment all gave me the impression that they were all high school dropouts --which is NOT a low blow. If you go, you'll know exactly what I mean and laugh that you read this review, beforehand. (Trust me, you're gonna understand once you've been seated.) The "cooking staff" which I would never say earned the title of CHEF, is hit or miss... For the price and the lack of care and preparation in their meals is equivalent to paying $15 for a McDonald's sausage patty; Food is soggy, undercooked, and the staff on 2 occasions left us hanging for drinks for over 20 mins after being seated! (Only on one occasion, we had an acceptable experience.) The staff seemed to be apologetic on both accounts, but the strange thing is... in both bad experiences, they promised to 'comp' their lack of service, timing, and quality of food/drinks by taking the under-par items off the tab --which THEY DID NOT. They had to be REMINDED that they said they were going to take it off. (Double YOU-tee-F, right?) It almost felt like they were trying to scam us and slide it past us; which is also strange (?!) bc they took SO MUCH time to walk to our table (and multiple people --including the manager!) apologized and promised to make it right --WHILE STILL NOT GIVING A HOOT'S BUTT to ACTUALLY do what they said?? It felt very disingenuous and apathetic. At our one good experience (months ago) the waitress was very honest, pleasant, and did deliver on her suggestions. The person who prepared our meals did put forth a decent job, and my husband and I truly hoped it would be our new stomping ground. Unfortunately, this is not going to be the place.

Really great service, the chorizo Benedict with the jalepeno hollandaise was one of the best Benedicts I've ever had. Excellent management, you can tell these guys really care. My only criticism is that the refillable drinks were served in a wine glass, which is meant for smaller pours, so you need refills more often (which also causes more work for servers). I'll definitely be referring friends here.
