I am Mia's mother who ordered this coffee as recommended by those following Suzanne Somer's "Somersize" eating plan. I was very excited to get this decaf coffee full of health benefits. Placed order March 1, 2023 and was charged immediately. NEVER received tracking on product...it never shipped. Emailed and called multiple times - ZERO response. Finally got an "answering service" person who simply takes your information and tells you someone from the company will "call you back." Of course this never happens either. DO NOT WASTE your money or time on this fraudulent company. IF they cannot produce a product they should be upfront about it and NOT charge your credit card until they ship said product. PERIOD. Terrible business.

The aroma of the coffee from this company is simply amazing. It's like having a little piece of heaven in my cup.

Worst customer service ever. I have called and left messages multiple times for a call back about ingredients in the coffee that could trigger an allergic reaction for me and have never gotten a call back. Spoke with an individual who assured me I would receive a phone call and still a week later have not received anything.
