The food was really good. I hate having to ask for a refill. If my food hasn't arrived yet and my drink is empty ..... just bring a refill. I never got a 2nd cup of coffee. I even left my mug at the edge of the table. My bf had to ask for a refill. Everything else was good.

Order to go but it wasn't as advertised it. Chicken Fried Steak Benedict but instead of two small chicken fried steak they took a big one and cut it in 1/2-tried again put gravy ontop of crispy chicken even though I asked for it on side

Pretty bummed. This place used to be my favorite place. It was always magical to me. The food was always on point, staff incredible, but today that changed. The service was bad. We received our drinks and when we told the waitress we were ready to order she looked around as if she was wasn't sure if we're placed at the right table. After we received our food- we noticed that's my boyfriend biscuits and gravey were dry with not enough heavy almost as if they ran out and didnt have enough to cover the biscuits. I tried to make eye contact with our waitress, but she would walk by us like we were invisible. We never were checked on..and right when I was going to take my last bite of my eggs benedict...I started to feel a crunch and more crunch.. I had eggshells in my eggs. I let my waitress know.. and she walked by and said "oh I'm sorry" and continued to walk. As she walked by, I asked if we may have some napkins
- she didn't come back until 8 minutes later. I'm not a complainer, but it was disappointing. I did let the cashier know- and she apologized- and gave us $10 Bear Bucks. I hope next time its better..I love their sweet cream pancakes, but after this visit.. I might have to find another place to find sweet cream pancakes.

Food is really good. Good portions but on this particular day my eggs were undercooked hash browns were really really well done and pancakes are really doughy. Other than that not too bad

I placed a online order from Postmates and I called over and over again so that I can tell them to put toppings to my order on the side
They did not answer & I wrote the support team and I still ended up receiving horrible food , super soggy bread
The broccoli on another meal I ordered was stale and super super spicy I placed this order at 8:30 am the meatloaf looked like someone just mushed it together and served it I couldn’t eat none of the items that I purchased and support doesn’t take it serious enough they allow u to waste your money

We had breakfast here for my husbands birthday. All the food was fresh. The service was ok the waiter did spill a drink on my daughter and did not apologize but we know he was very nervous. Other than that it was warm inside and very cozy. I love bears so the decor is one of my faves. Makes u feel like ur in an old town back home somewhere and I love that. Even the guest are friendly and just talk to you right through your meal. Staff is very attentive and any issues they correct immediately. We had breakfast this time and not to mention one free breakfast for the birthday!!! Gotta love a free meal.

First time ordering and togo thank God it was free ......got bears choice 2 eggs 2 pancakes 2 sausage by time I got home was cold looked like one egg maybe pancakes were hard I don't know any fools that would pay 13$ for this normally ....jack in box 5$ deluxe platter 3 French toast 2 eggs sausage patty bacon and hashbrowns .....blows black bear diner away .....won't be trying anything else from this place .
