Black Bear Diner Henderson

We live in the neighborhood and haven't been here in awhile. I remember we didn't have a good experience then also. My club sandwich and potato fries was pretty good but my wife's burger was not. She asked for cheddar cheese instead of Swiss and she got Swiss on both side of the burger. It was supposed to have Dijon mustard and it didn't have any. On top of that we had to look at a large table that was very messy from the people that left as we sat down. It didn't get cleaned up until we were at the cashier paying. The manager heard my wife telling the cashier about our experience and the manager overheard and came over and vomp her meal. We probably won't be back for another couple years again. It's too bad. They really weren't to busy either.

Yikes! What horrible service dont come at night!!! Items on the menu they no longer have. Slow service. Food arrived with burnt bacon and mixed food that was not part of the meal. Although I do appreciate Paco doing his best to make it right I won't be returning. When the cashier asked how my experience was I stated it was horrible and she proceeded to ask me for payment instead of getting her manager.

I went to black bear with my family, when I came in I was greeted right away and they had a booth for me and my kids. The restaurant was very clean, and very well presented. I had a Young boy that served me and my family. His name was Sebastian, he was very nice and polite. He welcomed us with a smile, and greeted us very kindly. Our drinks and food came out very fast. Sebastian made sure we had everything that we needed for our table. He made our visit very great, I would definitely come back here again and would want Sebastian to serve us, when we come back.

They told me it was a 45-minute wait they actually seem to me immediately less than 2 minutes

We stopped here for dinner on 11/15/25. This was our first time at a Black Bear Diner. The food we ordered was outstanding. Everything was very good. Pot roast melt and Joe’s hobo omelette were great. Our server, Eva, did an outstanding job service us dinner. Eva provided better service than some “high end” restaurants that we have been to. We highly recommend the Black Bear Diner in Henderson NV.

This restaurant stands by their focus on customer satisfaction. There was a misunderstanding with my order. The GM Martin, and the assistant manager immediately corrected this situation. The assistant manager went farther to ensure I was completely satisfied by offering me a complimentary service. I will eat here every time I visit Vegas

Eva was our waitress and she was great so friendly and treated us like family my elderly mother as well the service was excellent very attentive we came back for a 2 nd day in a row just because of her service this is our new regular spot the breakfast staff is awesome too! I highly recommend this place
