I’ve been shopping at Herbally Grounded for almost 14 years now, and I absolutely love the store and everyone has been so nice. In the last year, I’ve been shopping at the store on Eastern because I’ve moved closer to that area. I’ve noticed that Torie, the shift manager,has been very rude to me. When I approached her at the bulk section, she looked down instead of smiling and greeting me, like the rest of the employees do. When I was explaining how many stars I had on my punch card, and the item I want for free, she rudely abrupted me and said she knows how to do it. This has happened twice. What kind of customer service is that. I felt like walking out. The first time, even after I explained to her the amount of stars I had because I had three punch cards, she still try to cheat me out if one star. She should do something else rather than customer service. Im sure im not the only person she has been impolite to. I’ve taken classes there and have spent a lot of money there, so I hate to leave this bad review, but it really bothered me to be treated so poorly . It makes me not want to shop there anymore. I’ve referred many people to the store, so I hope this gets resolved. Herbally Grounded should not hire employees like this if they want to stay in business.

Jo is the best. She’s been the one assisting me every time I come in. She’s very informative, super helpful and the friendliest gal this side the Mississippi.

Vernika aka "V" and Jerica were very knowledgeable on there herbology! They gave great insight on each herb and they are very kind and sweet. I have been making recommendations to co workers, friends and family is about this place! What a wonderful place I came across by chance.

Such a wonderful store, with the most wonderful employees. Ana spent over half an hour with me, educating me, and helping me choose the right products for my needs. Very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend!

I was a dedicated customer who spent a lot of money, and everyone has been nice up until a product that is a not herbally grounded brand, the girl on the phone was so rude, and the product that was supposed to help me sleep caused me severe stomach pain, and she is like what do want me to do you can call the company who makes it, so if it is their brand you can get a refund or exchange, I wanted an exchange. I have insomnia I don't need severe pain after taking something for sleep.

Their receipt says: no returns on open products. All others within 30 days.

I thought they cared up until it was not their product you're out of money and you can't exchange.

The fake customer service is what I call it, how she made me feel low, I will never go back, I rather spend my money somewhere else.

I walked in with no knowledge whatsoever and Vernika was so helpful in helping me find the teas that would help my ailments! She even walked me around the store helping me choose between strainers and infusers. Will definitely be back!

Our visit was prompted by an instagram post bc my 50+ soul sistahs are on wellness journeys to be the best version of ourselves as we age. V assisted us with teas, supplements and more. She was increndibly knowledgable and shared great information educating in many areas. Really really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back to reload on all my vitamins and matcha, but a dalt lamp and maybe a new bracelet and some sage. . ??❤️?
