This review is a little late being I visited the store a day before leaving for surgery.
My husband & I live in Hawaii however we’ve been in Vegas since June & I’ve been seeing Herbally Grounded pop up on my Instagram and has been wanting to go to the store. I’m so glad I did. I went in with so many questions regarding different issues. I was helped by some amazing women. Jo, Torie & Jer. I had so many questions about so many different things & they all helped with sincerity & they were very knowledgeable about the products we discussed like teas & supplements. They all made my experience at Herbally Grounded amazing.

I love this place. I wish more people knew about it. Jerica always has outstanding customer service. Very warm knowledgeable and friendly. Always ready and eager to help.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Harmony helped me purchase the items I was looking for. Lots of organic choices. Large selection of products that I will be back to explore.

I visited this herbal store yesterday and had such a lovely experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and informed about the current promotions. The store itself is beautiful shelves full of herbs neatly arranged by alphabet, which made it incredibly easy to find everything I needed.
Jerica assisted me during my visit, and she was wonderful: sweet, polite, and very knowledgeable. Even though I initially said I was fine, she offered help without pressure and later helped me weigh and package my herbs. I also asked about a few herbs they didn’t have in stock, and she immediately knew which products contained them, impressive memory and product knowledge. She even gave me helpful advice about coral calcium and how to take it.
On my way out, I received a gift bag for being around the 150th customer of the day, which was such a pleasant surprise. The samples inside were generous and thoughtfully chosen.
Overall, it was a great visit ,friendly atmosphere, amazing selection, and staff who truly care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Jo was so knowledgeable and she helped me get supplements for my low energy and herbs to make tea. She also helped me with selecting a local honey. I am very happy with my experience and I plan to return for the sale on December 1!

I love the selection of bulk teas that are available at Hervally Grounded.
When I went in, I saw a tall tea cup with a tea Infuser basket and it was in my favorite color -orange. I had to get it! No more fussing with tea strainers.
I like the idea so much, I bought two more cups to give to my friends back home. Thank you to Jo, Torie and Jerrica For their help.

Jo was very helpful and sweet I was able to find everything I needed. I finally found a shop that has what I needed without having to order online.

I miss the cbd products. They never got a license. I like to buy drinks, crystals, and herbs. It’s my go to place in Vegas for health.

Jo, Jerica, and Torie have been awesome not only the knowledge they know, but also customer service, these three gals really go above and beyond in helping myself and the other customers in whatever way they can help Us !!!! I would definitely recommend them, please go and check the store out!!!

Someone recommended this place after telling them about my love for adaptogens and Herbally Grounded did not disappoint!!
I was greeted + helped right away when I walked in. There were so many different herbs, I was in heaven. Torie assisted me with my 8 different herbs I needed weighed out and answered all my questions. She was extremely knowledgeable which made me feel so confident in her opinion. Highly recommend this place. I actually came back 10 minutes after my initial visit to purchase another mushroom energy drink because it made me feel amazing. Can’t wait to come back and restock my favs.
