Very delicious food ordered the 3 meat combo, Cole slaw and Mac & Cheese . Would have liked arroz con habichuelas y plátano . Unfortunately was not on menu . It was discontinued, due to no orders.
I hope you reconsider those items would have ordered some , and or yuca, empanadas and or Flan .

The collard greens are on point! Brisket and ribs were over done. I was there around 6pm, so that could've been a factor. Corn bread was dry. Cole slaw was canned slaw with an apple slice in it. If I go back, it will have to be earlier in the day

I'll admit that I'm generally pretty picky about my BBQ. I make pretty good stuff myself and only eat it in restaurants when I'm out with friends. I've been wildly unimpressed by the famous places here but this was a pleasant surprise. Honestly, this is the first BBQ spot I've tried here that I actually liked. I guess Lucille's is OK but they're a chain and they're nothing spectacular.
The service was friendly and helpful and the restaurant was comfortable with an upscale vibe. Every meat I ate was tasty and tender. I liked all the meat and I particularly liked the beans. I usually order sausage at BBQ spots but I was surprised that they don't offer it here. The sandwiches all look good as well so I might have to come back and sample some of those. I'm perpetually on the hunt for a good Cubano

Pros; cute atmosphere and pleasant employees. However, the food needs much work. I knew that my order arriving to my table less than 5 minutes after I placed it, wouldn't be a good sign. I had the 1 meat, 1 side order combo. The ribs didn't taste fresh, they taste like they were nuked in a microwave, but somehow still cold and tough. The sauce that comes on them, tasted odd and expired, the scent of them were making me nauseous. I also had the Mac & Cheese. It was greasy, cold and had a lump of (what appeared to be) cream cheese in it. The entire meal just made me nauseous. I left there with most of my food still on the tray. H&T really needs to work on the quality of their food, because right now it's subpar.
Awesome spot. Got the brisket grilled cheese, which was perfect. The Mac n Cheese was my favorite, cheesy and baked with little pockets of cream cheese. UBE cornbread is something that I've never seen and was tasty as well. Staff was super nice, can't say enough good things! Must try!

Boy when I tell you this was amazing. The atmosphere, music, look of the establishment, food, presentation, and culture; all amazing. My friend is from the south and I'm Dominican. When we found out this was a Dominican BBQ we said, "hold up what?!". We ordered the Smoked Cubano and the Brisket Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. These each came with a side, we chose the Sweet Plantains and the Collard Greens. Washed this down with Lemonade mixed with Sweet Tea. For desserts we got the Peach Cobbler and the Southern Bread Pudding. My personal favorites were the Smoked Cubano, Sweet Plantains, and Peach Cobbler. We'll be back for sure to try some more.
I really enjoy their Hog Fries. The flavors are addicting. Clean environment. Family friendly.

Tried this place for the first time and its a nice refresh from Skinny Fats that used to be at this location. Food was good, staff were friendly, and plenty of seating.
As far as the food, I liked it better than some of the other BBQ spots in the area. I ordered combo plates and I’ll be honest the price was a bit high for what is provided. Combo doesn’t come with any drinks (they have fountain drink machine) so we had to pay extra for it. All that on top of tips you can easily spend $25-30 a person. Food was overall good but only giving it 4/5 because of price.
For service, not much service involved but it’s common for bbq restaurants. You order, get a buzzer, sit wherever you want, then pick up your food when the buzzer rings. Not really much to justify the tips but it’s one of those things where it’s kind of forced on you when you pay with card. They were very friendly though which is a plus.
Atmosphere was laid back. It’s basically the same as Skinny Fats but the order line was moved. The outdoor patio has good seating and some activities.
Overall I would recommend others to try this place and give it a shot.

Gave it a shot haven’t found good BBQ in Vegas but this place shocked me. 2 meat plate Ribs delicious. Brisket smokey flavor not dry pretty good actually. Mac n cheese okay not great. Collard greens if you like bite to back of throat it’s for you. I like mine a little more tender & seasoned differently but edible with the caro bread. Will def return.
