I came in one day and ordered several types of ham sandwiches. All of them were excellent in taste, and the ham itself was flavorful, albeit the sandwiches themselves were smaller than expected. The staff were very friendly, and the wait was minimal, however I happened to be there during slow hours. I paid 15$ for a meal which is around industry standard for the economical climate of today. If you want a decent lunch that isn't too heavy, a recommended stop.

I have bought from honey baked ham for many years. Every once in a while, I see people come late and get locked out. Every time the manager has let them in and helped them out. Not this year. This time the employees just sat there and stared. Will not be coming here anymore.
I called on the phone this morning to ask about getting a ham and they informed me I could no longer place an order online, but could walk in and buy one. I verified again that if we came in we could still purchase a ham and they had plenty left for walk ins. After waiting in line for 2 hours with two young children, I was informed at the counter they could no longer sell to walk ins. I was already worried about this happening which is why I doubled down on the phone call to avoid this. Extremely disappointed.

So I went in to pick up my prepaid ham for Thanksgiving as I have done for many years. But for the first time, I had a not so good experience. As well as they have some new protocols in which I'm not a fan. I rated my experience a 5 because of 1 person, Brandon the store manager on duty. After picking up my ham I returned to the store later because what I experienced did not sit well with me but for the first time in a long time I received excellent customer service by Brandon. Had it not been for him I had decided this would be my last transaction with Honey Bake Ham. He listened and understood my complaint and for the first time in a long time I felt I was a valued customer. Thanks again Brandon. Making you store manager was a smart decision. Happy Thanksgiving ❤️

I ordered ahead of time a 10 pound ham..
When I got there to pick it up, they didn't have a 10 pound even though I called ahead of time to order one. The best they could do was an 8 and a 1 pound.

The food is amazing but the staff is not friendly when you ask about items on th3 menu they give you attitude. The dining area is cold and unwelcoming. Will not be returning

Had some points to use from a previous catering order and finally decided to try the sandwiches and salad for lunch. I ordered ahead on the app to make using the points and pickup easier.
Arrived 10-15 minutes after placing the order and the associate hadn't even realized an order was placed. This was about 1pm on a Tuesday and no one was in the store but me when I arrived.
He walks over and realizes an online order was placed and begins working on it. We'll by that point 3 other customers walked in with orders as well. Now a lady came out from the back to help out.
Presentation wise the food was fine but it was oddly dry. Even with tomatoes, mayo and mustard the club sando was dry and gave my mouth a workout. The salad was the same exact way. I dont know how a salad can be dry even with dressing but it indeed took a lot to get through it.
The food was a good value, filling and service was polite. I'd go back.

I ordered 3 ham n Swiss cheese sandwiches yesterday; the so called croisants were very stale/hard, what little ham there was in the sandwiches was the end cuts, dried out/hard and lettuce was visibly wet. I also bought a package of 8 cheese and ham biscuits, the ham was hard, dried out end pieces. Additionally my Christmas was ruined, the $90 ham was full of fat throughout, embarrassingly I had to give my guests a side plate for all the fat. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The honey baked ham with bone we bought twice - the glazed were dark brown - almost burnt which suppose to be golden brown . It’s so pricey and this is what we get.

Arrived 4 minutes before 8p(closing time) to just run in and pick up a ham quickly and they said they were closed. The security guard was very rude shaking his head back and forth and saying no, we are closed. You should make the closing say 15 minutes before 8p if you don't want to stay open until the posted time.

I'm honestly very disappointed in Honey Baked Ham. I RESERVED a turkey online and was to pay in store and when I got there I was stopped at the door and was told only people who prepaid online can come in and pick up. The store did not care to make sure there was enough food ordered for everyone that was expected to pick up. And now I have to scramble to find meat for Thanksgiving. They shouldn't have a pay in store option if they have NO intention in placing your order and letting you pick up!
