I came in one day and ordered several types of ham sandwiches. All of them were excellent in taste, and the ham itself was flavorful, albeit the sandwiches themselves were smaller than expected. The staff were very friendly, and the wait was minimal, however I happened to be there during slow hours. I paid 15$ for a meal which is around industry standard for the economical climate of today. If you want a decent lunch that isn't too heavy, a recommended stop.

So I went in to pick up my prepaid ham for Thanksgiving as I have done for many years. But for the first time, I had a not so good experience. As well as they have some new protocols in which I'm not a fan. I rated my experience a 5 because of 1 person, Brandon the store manager on duty. After picking up my ham I returned to the store later because what I experienced did not sit well with me but for the first time in a long time I received excellent customer service by Brandon....

I ordered ahead of time a 10 pound ham..
When I got there to pick it up, they didn't have a 10 pound even though I called ahead of time to order one. The best they could do was an 8 and a 1 pound.
