I love Horizon Cafe's food, but I still feel the menu is overpriced across the board. I can't justify paying those prices unless I am receiving premium quality, Grade-A service, a one-of-a-kind dining experience; an enhanced menu selection, larger portions, a more inviting atmosphere and a more attentive waitstaff aiming to please would all be a terrific start, greatly increase my likelihood of choosing to dine there, and would also provide me a valid and allowable...
I ordered Chicken Fried Steak for dinner tonight; I was VERY disappointed, the Steak lacked flavor, they use instant mashed potatoes, it came with 1 tiny roll , and Chicken Noodle Soup: delicious....I will never order this again..
