Went last night because it was late night and one of the few places open. Sauces were good. Customer service was good but the chicken tasted like it's been fried in old oil. The medium spice level had no heat at all. My chicken was overcooked and not sauced properly. Not going back. just go to Daves

The best chicken strips in the area. Every time I go to Henderson or Vegas I have to stop by one of their locations. So good.

Well iv been wanting to come by Houston’s hot chicken for a while and im glad i did. I was greeted with the best customer service iv ever had by a gentleman named Micheal I literally had to stop half was through my food just to make a email just to make this review! Micheal I just want to thank you for working so hard I hope this review helps you with your journey at Houston’s hot chicken! THE FOOD! Chicken is juice and cooked perfect not to hard not to soft I got the spicy level a let me tell you! ITS JUST THAT 😂 I got Mac n cheese & fry’s as well. I’m gonna tell yall the truth the Mac n cheese is the exact Mac n cheese I love it’s a thick cheesy/creamy cheese it’s really good! The fry’s are cooked n seasoned perfectly! Houston TX Hot Chicken serving chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, chicken nuggets, salads, fries choices of different toppings with chicken, Belgian waffle, milkshakes, cookies and drinks. Chicken can be made with no sauce or a choice of flavored sauce. House dipping sauce is included and you can also get additional dipping sauces there are lots to choose from for $1.00. Clean inside, good lighting, good music and friendly staff. I like that the staff are keeps the dining area clean.

On the menu:
2 Tenders no pickles and Waffle with French Fries meal.

I like that I could choose a different flavor of sauce for each of the chicken tenders, I chose mild and lemon pepper. Good portions. I like the crinkle cut fries that are lightly seasoned. The waffle is yummy it is crispy on the edges. I ordered addition dipping sauces - cheese sauce and ranch. Their house sauce has a little sweet chili flavor. It was my first time here and I like it actually pretty good. I am adding this to my chicken spot rotation.

2nd review: So I went back two weeks ago, and the young men behind the counter were helpful, kind and had smiles on their faces. I had the same sandwich, buttery something can't remember but it was so so good. The music was club like, and I could get the vibe that on a Friday night that would be the place to be. Yet, my club days are over but I'll come again in the daytime for a hot good chicken sandwich. Xavier, is a Rockstar and I believe he has a future in management some place. So thank you Xavier, for a much better experience.

1st review: Don't call people honey, service was aggressive from host. Food was tiny portion for a sandwich.

The food is SOOO GOOD! For the price you get so much food!! The buffalo nuggets were tasty and the lavender blueberry lemonade was flavorful. The customer service was excellent and everyone was respectful and quick. Shout out to Chef Moreno he did his big one here!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Best Landing Ever — 10/10 Would Fall Again” So there I was, minding my own business, enjoying the in-flight peanuts at 35,000 feet, when gravity decided to spice things up. One wrong step, and boom — I’m free-falling like a majestic bowling ball with commitment issues. No parachute, no plan, just pure aerodynamic panic. As I plummeted through the clouds, I saw my life flash before my eyes — mostly memories of me saying, “It’s fine, I’ve got this.” Spoiler alert: I did not got this. Then fate intervened. Out of all the places on Earth, I crash-landed right through the roof of Houston Hot Chicken like a meteor made of confusion and regret. I didn’t so much land as I reintroduced myself to the concept of gravity. Tables flipped, fries flew, and someone screamed, “Bro just DoorDashed himself!” The employees, absolute legends, didn’t even flinch. One handed me a napkin, another asked, “You want that mild or extra hot?” My spine said mild, but my soul said let’s make it worth it. I left that restaurant smelling like jet fuel and Nashville seasoning, but with a heart full of gratitude and a stomach full of dangerously good chicken. Final verdict: Service — 10/10 (They didn’t call an ambulance until I finished eating.) Atmosphere — explosive. Food — so hot it resurrected me. Would recommend? Only if you enjoy defying physics and good flavor. 🔥🍗 “Houston Hot Chicken — where the food slaps harder than the landing.”

Love this location. It was my first time eating HHC and it was soooo good! I had the 2 pc tender with the waffle..delicious! They gave the best Lemonades too, Blueberry Lavender, Strawberry Hibiscus and my favorite Watermelon Cucumber. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff!! Clean dining area, Quick and professional service with excellent food. Believe the 'Hot' in the name. Temperature and Spice wise. The medium is every bit as spicy as most other places spicy. If you like or don't like spice, you may want to take baby steps on the way up to the spicy. I am personally into spicy. The spices they use are delicious and not JUST HOT. Definitely a fan!

where do is start? well I was first introduced this food from my work they bought some and shared it amongst everyone and may I say it was amazing. I checked to see if they had one close to my location and I found this one. By the great holy spirit it is A M A Z I N G!! I got the burger with the chicken tender meal comes with fries but no drink (its seperate) honestly didnt need it anyway since I had my water and oh boy good thing I did. the spice level is out of this world. I did the habanero for the chicken sandwich and I haven't even been able to finish it. you know most places that say their food is hot but when you eat it it really ain't? well not this place. damn near brought a tear to my eye and my nose to water and I can handle hot food. I wanna say this place has now become my new favorite chicken spot. next time ill order something not as hot for spice level just so that im able to finish this meal in one sitting and not having to save it when my mouth calms down from being on fire lol. LOVE IT!

In one word excellent the menu has so many great choices I must say from the sandwiches to the salads to the desserts everything was a 10 out of 10 gold star for this restaurant awesome job

If I could leave more than 5 stars for service I would. Angel is the absolute best when it comes to making you feel valued while here. He was kind, attentive and funny. This place is not even a sit down place where you have a server and it still felt that way based off of the service we received. Anthony at the counter was also kind, patient and helpful. The food is phenomenal and will keep us going back. But the service made this place a 10/10 for me. Thank you!
