Humboldt Sweets Bakery

Wow. I happened to pass by and craving sweets. I grabbed a bread pudding and strawberry cupcake to go. Let's just say I am coming back and buying the whole stock. The bred pudding is made of cinnamon rolls and it is soooo delightful even a day later. The strawberry cupcake was perfectly moist and airy. Both were not overly sweet. A wonderful place. Definitely come visit and grab something or everything!

The only complaint is that they aren't open 10 days a week. This place is the REAL DEAL. Not only is everything that I've tried on the menu amazing, but they change their offerings and add new flavors and amazing Confections all the time. Just when I think I've tried everything in the case several times over they surprise me with something new and amazing. The service is as sweet as the food and maybe even more so. The staff takes the time to explain not only what the item is but it's characteristics as well. The only complaint I have is that they aren't open more days a week. I'm hopeful that if we continue to support them overwhelmingly, that they will expand their business hours!

Wide range of tasty sweets and a few savories, great coffee, cheerful staff, bright space. All in, an ideal morning coffee experience. One suggestion I have is to use more cheese and heavy cream in the quiche to firm it up. It was too soft and had the texture of scrambled eggs.

We came on a Saturday morning. The staff was so friendly & helpful. The store is so cute. We tried the chocolate pie, pecan roll, cream cheese cinnamon roll, glazed cinnamon roll. We loved everything. The glazed roll was probably the least favorite, but he still cleaned his plate. The pie was one of the best we had ever tasted. We arrived just after 10 & they were already sold out of a lot of stuff.

Flavorful with really good service. Never thought I'd say something like this but portions are unreasonably large. Rather than walking away happy about that, I thought the tactic needlessly drove their price point high. Interesting to note that the gym next door went out of business but the bakery survives. Says a lot about our priorities!

Just got a lemon bar, a scone and a cinnamon roll and OMG!! This is incredible! Soft, tasty, flavored… you got it all! For a morning American sweets breakfast, this is clearly a place to go. Period!

I can't believe someone gave themow stars because they were not open or gave 4 stars. Please ignore thise people, just go in and try it. You will be happy. I'm from Humboldt and I met the Owner on a day he was closed but we talked for a while and we told some stories. Anyways he was a wonderful person and I went in many many times after and always wear one of my Humboldt Shirts when i go in. They make quality stuff there. Everything I have had has been delicious!

We had heard great things about Humboldt but I would have to say that those great things aren't great enough, we finally had a chance to visit and they beyond exceeded our expectations. Everything we had was fresh and great tasting, including the best quiche I've ever had! I wish I knew how they got the eggs so creamy! Be prepared to wait in line when you get there and seating is limited but trust me, the waiting is totally worth it!! You won't be disappointed!

I recommend any of the cupcakes!! Best cupcakes in town! Also love the quiche varieties and the apple cinnamon naughty bun (cinnamon bun dough stuffed with cream cheese).

Amazing bakery with very nice friendly staff....came right out to greet us and explain what things were. Huge yummy cinnamon rolls and bread pudding.

This is the most irresponsible thing I've eaten in quite some time, but my God this cinnamon bun is amazing and HUGE. Literally the size of a dinner plate. Espresso machine was busted when I went so that's a bummer. Reg coffee was pretty good though. EVERYTHING behind the glass looked AMAZING. Guys working were very cool, and surprisingly not obese working at this bakery ? 100% would return if I'm in Vegas again

I've been wanting to check this place out for some time but I can never make it before closing which is at 3:00 p.m. Last week, I was able to make it there on time and decided to pick up some goodies for my dad's 82nd birthday. He loves almonds so I asked what almond treats were available and they suggested the almond cookies and almond cupcakes. Oh My God! They were so good. The cookies reminded me of Italian marzipan. The cupcakes were delicious although they geta bit too sweet after a few bites. Also the cinnamon bread pudding was fantastic with the fresh whipped cream. Really wish they would extend their hours just a little bit so I could make it there more often
