Our first impressions:: we were greeted right away and waited on by Susie (A+), the seating for the booths/ benches sit too low and also noticed the wall at our table was stuck with food and bbq sauce needed a wipe down, our table was missing napkins also no salt and pepper but there were three different bbq sauces spicy reg and sweet. I ordered the Sunset cocktail and didn't taste any alcohol, i rarely drink so for me not to taste it makes me think if there wasn't any at all or very little. For $110 We ordered the PA LA FAMILIA Grande, it comes with one full rack of ribs (Delicious), one whole chicken (It was Meh), one pound of brisket (Some dry pieces), 32oz of chorizo beans (I think needed more salt), 32oz street corn (Missing something maybe Cayenne pepper couldn't put my finger on it), and six garlic Hawaiian rolls (delicious). This feeds four people well. I asked if there was any complimentary chips and salsa or anything while we waited for our food and the answer was no. Be aware the tortillas are very tiny and cost $0.50 each. And if you ask for green salsa it will come in a very small amount. Would we return? No not really anything to come back for nothing was really a wow!

A friend recommended Humo a while ago, and my husband and I finally got around to going on 11/2/2024 for an early lunch. When I tell you that everything was absolutely DELICIOUS, I mean that with my heart and soul! I got the brisket with hatch chile mac n cheese and the Mexican corn. My husband ordered the brisket and ribs with brussel sprouts and Mexican corn. For dessert, we shared a churro banana pudding. The meat was so juicy and tender. The ribs were falling off the bone, and the brisket melted in your mouth. The brisket was seasoned so well that BBQ sauce wasn't needed at all. The mac n cheese was creamy, and the corn was perfect. I tried the ribs and brussel sprouts my husband ordered, and they were amazing too! Even the rolls were tasty! The churro banana pudding was beyond words. We could have eaten 3 more, it was that good. Humo is definitely the best bbq I've had in many years. And to make it that much better, the service was great too! Susie was our waitress, and she was so kind and helpful. We will definitely be regular customers going forward. If you haven't been to Humo already, YOU MUST TRY IT!

Food was really great. Sorry no pics as we just started eating. All of the meats we tried were really tender (ribs, brisket, and burnt ends). Atmosphere is calm and we had a really good time. It was the day before my hubby's bday and really glad we tried this spot. They really have great barbecue! Someone else mentioned that the food wasn't really that hot and that is probably the only thing if anything I could say as I do prefer my food piping hot BUUUUT it was still GOOD!! Tried their bread pudding as well and liked it also. Customer service was awesome as well from both of our servers. I actually left my purse and they brought it out to us (left my purse but had my food bag). That should tell you something. ? Don't sleep on this place. So glad we stopped here. Our new barbecue spot.

I wanted to love this place, but found myself super disappointed. My husband and daughter liked it fine. Honestly, I found everything I tried (burnt ends, tostada flight, brisket) except the fries to have an acrid, overpowering smoke flavor (yes, I've had smoked meats before) like I was eating an ashtray. This made everything inedible to me. This review is three stars because of my husband's enjoyment of the meal and the service was good.

This is perfect barbecue!!! I highly recommend, I love bbq and I have tried many bbq spots…but this one gets the 5stars. The quality of meat , the green chile Mac and cheese and plant base, the dessert, this place is soo worth it. And the prices are soo reasonable. Definitely this will be a regular spot for us and we live on the southwest west side of town, soo worth the drive!! It’s delicious!!! Mexican barbecue here to change the game, soo delicious!!!
For sure a hidden gem in Vegas. Everything was spectacular and reasonably priced for the portion sizes! Dining room is huge and spacious so you don’t have to worry about bumping elbows or overheating conversations. Definitely would recommend the tostada flight. We went around the evening time and our server was super nice and quick too :) I’m for sure going to be coming back with some friends :)

Overall, I found the food enjoyable, though it lacked the bold flavors I expect from a BBQ restaurant. The prices were reasonable, and the restaurant was clean however, the service could have been more attentive. The hostess who seated us ended up taking our order and serving our table. Additionally, I was given the wrong bill when it was time to pay, which caused some confusion. Despite these issues, it's still a place worth checking out.

Food was good. Brisket was very tender yet. Lukewarm same with the ribs. They were good but they just weren't hot enough. Hatch chili, mac and cheese sounded good but not too crazy about it when it came out. Looking forward to trying something else

For sure a hidden gem in Vegas. Everything was spectacular and reasonably priced for the portion sizes!
