I never write reviews but let me tell you.....1st the quality & taste of their food has gone wayyyy down. Our server Jessica was inattentive, extremely slow, gave our bill to the table next to us, I paid cash & she couldn't figure out how much change to give back even though the guy helping her kept telling her how much. Her next table sat walked out because while trying to fix her mistakes she never made it to the table & they sat for a good 10min. So mad I wasted over $60. I used to love IHOP & this location specifically but I will never be back SMH.

Wow, it’s been a few years since I’d been to IHOP…..let me tell you they have stepped up their breakfast game. Omelet was amazing and pancakes always good. I also recommend the strawberry lemonade.

The waitress was a little rude, and what I paid was that the portion was small. I won't be going back, I had to wait to be seated as well as to pay. There were just a couple of tables occupied, and I had to ask for a drink refill after it was totally empty, and she seemed put out because I asked. Very bad experience

Wonderful breakfast food to have anytime of the day!
Great value for money as always. This is one of the better ihops I've been to. Great service but the restaurant itself also wasn't overrun and it was clean.I tried the protein pancakes for the first time which wete amazing!The portions were huge as usual but we were able to take the leftovers with us :)

The atmosphere was nice and this location is clean, bathrooms are well kept and the music selection was good. However, only the pancakes were good. The hashbrowns they brought us were disgusting. Tasted like they were made the day before and reheated in the microwave. We couldn't get past the taste to swallow. Bacon was also definitely reheated. I knew it was a red flag when the food came right out within 5 mins of ordering.

I have been going to this IHOP for about 13 years since my kids were small, and quality of food and service has gone down drastic . I am a bit disappointed since it was a regular place me and the kids used to love have breakfast.
