I looked down and noticed that the cheese on my grilled cheeses looked a little hard and not ideally melted I guess you could say, and the honest truth is I almost ordered them well- done in the first place, so when I looked down I figured I would just go ahead and ask if I could get them well done. Girl at the window seemed a bit dumbfounded, so I figured getting the manager would be best anyways to make sure it got done well. But even the manager just kept asking me questions and kept saying so you mean âmore melted rightâ. I tend to think well- done is pretty commonly understood, so I just kind of said, âI think that would mean more cooked?â Kind of suggestively assuming because she was a manager she would bring back something that looked more appetizing. What she brought back was slightly soggier bread with super âmeltedâ cheese. I didnât bother to argue from that point⊠did not finish the grilled cheeses fully ate around one and one quarters worth. If you donât know how to make a well- done grilled cheese you canât convince me you are experienced in restaurants. That does mean that you want the bread more âtoastedâ obviously⊠that said, burger was good. And I do know that this is a decent location, but canât go 5 stars with that experience.

Fries were like potato cardboard cubes. No flavor and no meat inside, totally bland. The Double Double was boring. How do people eat this stuff? Threw most of it away. Never again.

Food was good but I was told that Employees can't accept tips. That ruined my experience. If I can't directly show my support to the people making my food, I'd rather buy it where the bosses care about their employees.
