Consistent is the word for this location! Team members are fabulous, especially Megan and Richard (you read my mind and knew I wanted spread packets, I'm sorry if I got your name wrong!). The burgers/fries are darn near perfect everytime. With the cost of everything going up, it's really nice to know you are getting quality for your money, and this location doesn't miss compared to others!!

The burgers are great just wish they had bacon and NACHO CHEESE. Sliced cheese on fries is NASTY!!!!!
I ordered two double double cheeseburgers with grilled onions, and the onions were translucent at best between my two patties which grossed me out. I literally hate slimming onions. I’ve been eating at In and Out for over 40 years, and when I asked for grilled onions, it would be tender and slightly charred the way I’ve always liked them. I’m not sure what’s going on, but the same happened at another Henderson location too. Has the verbiage changed that I’m not aware of, or is it a time factor that has caused the process to speed up orders and not cook my onions properly??? Also, my burger was extremely salty too. I was so hungry, or else I wouldn’t have eaten it at all. Not sure if it’s the cheese or extra salt put in the patties. I use to live close by the original location in Baldwin Park for a few years and would rave to my friends from out of state or other countries that you are the best burger joint in the states. It has been very disappointing for sure, and if you asked me today how I felt about In and Out, I would not consider you the best burger joint in the states. I’m saddened and disappointed ☹️

Nice place, however, they made my burger wrong. And the fries were cool, not hot. I gave the food back to them remake it HOT! Got the double back. Meat was cold. Bun was toasty. Asked for pickles, they put 6 pickles. Three, maybe four pickles are enough. But I asked for xtra xtra xtra grilled onions. Definitely missing. But that’s because the grill made this burger for someone else and when I got it…protein style. Fries were hot the second time. The experience is horrible. I’ll go the store in eastern and 215fwy in the future. Order comes out hot and correct at that store.
