I was excited to eat here for the first time. I understand that anyone can burn a bread, but at least they should check it before giving it to the customer. My first and last time at this restaurant.

This was at the in n out on St. Rose in Henderson Nevada. The buns are no go here. They fall a part and feel like they where frozen and defrosted. Or just made very cheaply by a local baker, I first noticed this about 4 weeks ago, and was the same today,

messed up my order twice.. it’s frustrating when u had to wait through the drive-thru and still had to go back inside to fix ur order and they still messed it up for the second time..not worth the drama .. quality of food has went down as well

I’m a big fan of In-N-Out, but this was my first time trying it in Henderson. The Double-Double seemed a bit smaller than usual—next time, I’d go for a 3x3. The patties were good but could use a touch more salt for that perfect flavor. Overall, still enjoyed it!

Update: Made the mistake of giving this location another try, bad decision. Tables were dirty, the cheeseburger was not good, the fries were cold and tasted like styrofoam. All around bad, I think we're done with In-N-Out Burger, feel sick after dining here.
Disappointing! We were new to In-N-Out Burger when we moved to NV, but we became a fan when we tried the location on Eastern. The St Rose location opened, we tried it and it was bad, the cheeseburger did not taste the same, the bun was hard but it was not nearly as good (I can't put my finger on why or how). We've waited over a year to try it again, assuming all the kinks of a new location have been ironed out - we were wrong. The cheeseburger again didn't taste the same (which again I can't figure out why/how), but the french fries were disgusting, greasy, cold and almost like they were just defrosted and soaked in grease not fried, we threw them out. So strike two, but I don't think we'll give them a try again, we'll go to the Eastern location.
