This is our 1st time coming back after 2 years we have had bad service it seemed like every time we came in for dinner and i was never coming back, this time Carlos Garcia was our server and he was wonderful, great attitude, dinner was delivered fast, kept our drinks full. He was awesome. We definitely will be back. Thank you Carlos for your excellent service.😁

Food delicious
What stood out the most was the service an hospitality
The team took care of the team everyone was watching out for each other made the experience memorable for sure
The food was too good nothing left on my plate
The Bloody Mary can use more kick less juice but the mimosas they gave me a bit of extra juice so it made up for the Bloody Mary definitely stopping here again šŸ†ā™„ļøyall definitely deserve recognition

Food was fine as was the service for the most part. With only 6 people in the restaurant, it took a very long time for a simple breakfast to come out though.

My hubby and I showed up for reservations at their sister restaurant which was closed. We spoke with assistant manager Crystal and she was extremely kind and helpful and took great care of us. We were seated quickly and our server Juan Carlos was friendly and very attentive. The food came quickly and was delicious. Thank you both for turning our night around. You both deserve 10 āļøs!

Customer Service HORRIBLE!!!! We walked in a there was 5 people total including us. Waitress stood there and held a 15 minute long conversation with one customer then proceeded to processing checks before sitting us and giving us a menus. She then turned to her coworker and stated that she is by herself. Her coworker responded with ā€œwhat do you mean? You are always by yourselfā€. At this point we left.

I'd give more stars if I could! Mgr. Crystal & server Juan Carlos were great! Food was fast, filling, and well priced on 2/08/26. Thanks again! -E & K.

Do not eat here if you don't want to be stolen from we went and got a late night breakfast and while the food was great I don't appreciate not being given our receipt after telling the cashier we left an $8 tip on the table. We thought all was good our meal total was $29 and we left an $8 dollar tip on the table, so why does our bank account show we paid $38 for a $29 meal?!?!?! If you go here use cash only!

Stayed at the hotel right across from the Iron rail Cafe bar/restaurant so it really was the only place to eat. Reviews seemed OK
We ordered dinner to go, that being Cajun shrimp pasta and filet mignon with mashed potatoes and broccoli
That order was ready to pick up within 25 minutes. Both dinners were tasty and the pasta portion was hefty. The mashed potatoes were creamy and seemed to be made with alot of cheese but were a bit cold. The steak was great!
The next morning we decided to go there for breakfast, there was another group of 4 there as well so I thought this was going to be a quick visit. We were seated and our order was taken. We received our warm orange juice shortly after then waited another 35 minutes for our simple order of biscuits and gravy with over easy eggs, sausage, potatoes, bacon and pancakes to arrive which all seemed to be room temperature.
The sausage and gravy had a spoiled taste to it as did the bacon.
The eggs were rubbery and over cooked and the pancakes were OK at best
I will say the potatoes were tasty and the waitress was friendly but I would strongly advise against eating breakfast there.
Just my opinion

Diner food at prices that are not what they used to be. But what is anymore?
Most meals will run you $13-17 .
They have a few things more. And a few things less.
Open 24/7/365.
So you can always get a bite.
The floor in this place used to be downright dangerous. There were so many bumps. They remodeled a bit ago so its way better.
On Sundays for seniors you can swipe your card win free play or $$ off on food.
They do military Mondays as well. Same kind of thing.
Across the parking lot is a tavern type building that also has food and the whole place is a non smoking. They call it bullet train.
To go with the whole railroad pass theme.

My husband and I came out to visit one of our closest friends. He had a work trip out here and he was in Boulder city he didn’t arrive until later and my husband didn’t get off until later in the night so we had to look for places open 24 hrs no big deal. I found the real CafĆ© on Google and that’s where we set to have our dinner while we drive out to pick up our friend and while we’re waiting for him to walk out of his hotel I decide I’m going to call the cafĆ© to make sure they’re open you know Covid and all that stuff you never know if the times on Google are correct anymore no big deal. So I call it takes forever for somebody to pick up and when I do get somebody on the line I said hey I’m just double checking. Are you guys open 24 hours and the response took me back. She’s like yeah OK well then I’ll see you guys in a bit then have a good evening. I’ll see you soon. No comment just hangs up so we get there and they place us next to a table that hadn’t been cleaned yet no big deal. It’s not busy. There’s two other couples there and one more walked in while we were there not busy and we sit there. We get our drinks mine is not a Coke zero like I asked for it happens goof up no big deal while we’re sitting there talking she comes back and takes her order. No big deal country fried steak eggs over easy. I’ll have rye Husbandā€˜s having the same meal just with white toast, my friend ordered mozzarella sticks salmon with a double order of peel and an extra salmon patty no big right comes out. Food is OK chicken fried was pretty good. I will be honest the bread fine eggs could’ve been cooked longer but no big deal hashbrowns completely crispy but cold. I don’t understand Husband is the same way. Our friends mozzarella sticks were cold and his rice pilaf was also cold. This whole time we were having to remind the waitress tall skinny blonde girl with glasses as she’s very nice. I will tell you that she was kind we kept having to remind her of things we needed hot sauce you know things like that no big deal people get flustered it’s a restaurant environment. I know it can get busy and she may have just finally at downtime. No big deal The whole time we’re sitting here eating. We’re staring at the table next to us with shrimp tails on the table dirty napkins just the whole table was gross. We finally ask hey can we have two boxes cause we’re gonna pack up we reheat everything that we didn’t eat at home. No big deal so we got the bill. It was $87 and like $.80 a friend gave us $50 and my husband put the rest on his card right no problem. I usually put cash on first and then use the card for the rest. Tell me why that girl charged my Husband card kept the $50 in the till and came back, gave us the receipt to sign. My husband caught it, and that was a whole ordeal. All in the meanwhile we have customers asking us why we’re upset while we’re just trying to sort everything out and they’re still eating and we’re ready to go yes, we did leave the poor girl who knows. She just may have been absolutely frazzled from a busy day. I don’t know. We’re not those mean kind of people, but I will never ever be coming back here again cold food, dirty environment, poor cashiering skills, I guess or they tried to rip us off one of the two yeah no say this was a pretty miserable experience.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had..
This was my family and myself first visit here. The waitress was having a rough night we could tell. She was trying to page for help. Nobody responded..
We finally got seated after about 45 mins..
We ordered sat for like what seemed like forever.. finally the food came out. I ordered the pork chop meal.. disgusting!!! Chops were old and gray and had a nasty smell to them. Veggies were charred … mashed potatoes cold and the gravy colder.. waitress took it back and never came over to explain what was taking so long. My sister had coffee and got the first cup filled and nothing after that no refills.
We will never go back again.. ever!!!

I literally watched our waitress sneeze in her hands then grab a bunch of menu's without going in the back to wash them. The staff has no clue what is happening, they are not very good at multitasking. The only person trying was the food runner. Our waitress didn't write anything down, and guess what...yup wrong omelet delivered. We won't be back
