I stopped in as usual picked up a cold sandwich to go. It was supposed to have potato salad. The place had 3 tables with only 8 people. Got my sandwich 23 minutes later with no potato salad. Check number 70518. There used to be a lot of good fast people there. No more.

Went to dine in and over all food, service was great but over heard out waitress being yelled at by the food and drink manager (her boss) for a little to nothing thing (setting a tray down on a table while taking a tables order across the room )while not being busy or anything just to set it down to write a order in. The manager kept to being rude to the staff as she was not even working herself . Over all good food and service just felt so bad for the waitress as she cried and does all her side work and stays the latest but still gets yelled at for nothing.

This spot is one of our favorites! The servers are always friendly and welcoming, especially Alyssa. While there can be a bit of a wait at times, it’s understandable since they usually have just one cook handling everything. Despite that, the quality and service make it well worth it. Great food, great people!

The food is excellent and the service is the very best. Vinnie and Ophelia are super servers and genuine sweet people. The lady who busses is so very nice and very hard working and the food and beverage manager Debbie is one in a million. I love all of them!Debbie handed me like she was playing a Stradivarius violin! Excellent

Drinks are not made cheap there. They don’t water down your drink. Lots of TVs to watch all the sport going on.

We just ate at the Iron Rail Cafe and it was Awesome! We had the Steak & Lobster. 5 STARS!

good food but slow

Mom and I always come here to eat when visiting Boulder City. Today was the best food and best service we’ve ever had here. Our server Jennie was top notch!

Horrible! Absolutely the worst service! No cashier, no busboy, no one seating people, forgetting orders, everything for a restaurant to FAIL!

Worst food ever baked potato was hard and cold. Matter of fact everything that came was pretty much cold or ice cold. Don't mind croutons but when you empty the bag and you get nothing but crouton dust it doesn't make the salad appetizing. Waited over an hour and a half for food waited close to a half hour 45 minutes to get our order taken and asked for a plate it took 10 minutes I timed them yes I was so irritated with everything else that I did. Don't care if you're short staff. That doesn't give you an excuse to not take care of customers properly I've been in restaurants that had been short-staffed and did not have the same problems as I did last night. The kooks I don't know what they were doing food cold undercooked overcooked the steak was overcooked. Not the way it was ordered. Ask for management never came over. And when I called management gave me one excuse after another with a condescending patronizing tone. Last time we go here this is their second strike. I hope the go out of business with serving cold hard potatoes and over cook steaks and cold too. Go out of business or hire new cooks. And I wish I could get my money back it was not worth the 100 dollars. Best advice for future customers: don't go here

very slow service

Service was Horrible waitress rushed us out .The steak was absolutely the worst I have ever been served I cut it up and took it to my dog ? unfit to eat dog didn't even want it . Full of grizzle disgusting. I won't be returning ever .

It isn't often you see an eating establishment that has dirt, hair and dust building up all along the baseboards.
