We got seated right away but our food took over an hour! We almost wanna walk out! This place isn’t the same anymore! Don’t dine in here!

The food was OK but the service was horrible. We were seated without menus. After about 10 minutes I had to go up to the register to get menus. No one took our order for about 20 and then the waiter was not friendly. We ordered drinks when we ordered our food. It took about 20 minutes to get our drinks and about 25 minutes to get our food which was just 2 burgers. Both burgers were ordered well done which one was but the other was way under cooked. I asked the waiter if the coleslaw was creamy or vinegar and oil, he said creamy. Which it was neither. The slaw was just wet cabbage with no dressing. Will not be going back.

Do not go here unless you want to be treated horrible and eat tasteless food. Just getting seated is a task for them. Food bland and no flavor. If you want a refill for your drink ask for it when the bring your first one cause by the time they remember to bring it you would have finished your first. Manager Jennifer no customer service at all. She rather call security before even trying to fix the issues.

We were on our way back to Wyoming and stopped at Railroad Pass Cafe for something to eat. The waiter forgot to put our drink order in. We sat there for about 40 minutes waiting for our food. The waiter wouldn’t acknowledge us or anything after we placed our order. Asked the hostess when we would get our food and just got I don’t as a response. Definitely would not recommend.

They have recently renovated the inside; looks fresher!!
And many menu item changes and additions!!
(Prices are VERY EASY on the wallet!)
Great portion sizes too.

Awesome waiter with a beard, named Noah. He greeted me, clarified and repeated my order back to me; very refreshing.

Service is horrible. We waited a hour for our food. Wasn't that busy either. No drink refills watch people walk out because of the slow service.

I stopped in as usual picked up a cold sandwich to go. It was supposed to have potato salad. The place had 3 tables with only 8 people. Got my sandwich 23 minutes later with no potato salad. Check number 70518. There used to be a lot of good fast people there. No more.

Went to dine in and over all food, service was great but over heard out waitress being yelled at by the food and drink manager (her boss) for a little to nothing thing (setting a tray down on a table while taking a tables order across the room )while not being busy or anything just to set it down to write a order in. The manager kept to being rude to the staff as she was not even working herself . Over all good food and service just felt so bad for the waitress as she cried and does all her side work and stays the latest but still gets yelled at for nothing.
