The daytime shift is more interested in chit-chating making it very difficult for the young lady that took my order to pay attention and get my order right. I stated three times that I only wanted ketchup pickles lettuce on my burger. And when I got my burger mustard mayonnaise ketchup pickles onions lettuce. she either just doesn't care or she doesn't know how to take an order. This is the day shift mind you the graveyard shift on the other hand is a different story the two young men that work the graveyard shift seemed to always be smiling they get my order right and it's done in a timely manner. My compliments to the graveyard shift to two young men and to the ladies and the day shift you suck.

Always slow service. They don't even take your order until the person in front of you has their order, they can't handle more than one order at once. Always mess up orders too. Wish I had a other Jack close, but for now I'll just go elsewhere. Been an issue for 6 months now. Nothing changes.

Mexican kid with neck tats is absolutely killing it. I got a triple jack combo as I drove thru and there was 2 others cars at 1am. Food was hot. Employee was very cordial. Great overall. They know what theyre doing

Let’s talk about the drive- through service. There are good days and some bad days. My recent visit was better than the last. Sometimes the order is missing an item so I would need to return. That’s annoying BUT they redeem themselves with quick fixes. Either a free desert or fries. I go for the fries.
