Everytime I order a burger from this place I ask for no mayo on my burger. And every time they add mayo anyways. Always disappointing. Jack has kinda gone down hill.

Jose, refused to bring the food to our table, even though it wasn't busy. My son is developmentally delayed and autistic. And was having an episode, and I didn't want to leave him at the table,but he said, I am fine, so I can come get it. I'm disgusted at his lack of empathy, and compassion!

I only do drive through. But the food is fast food stuff. The usual junk food. I had a burger last time hence my daughter loves the fake chicken nuggets most of these places serve, so I at the cheese burger.
I had one with no lettuce and tomato that way they have to actually make a new one I'm hoping. Wrong this time. They just peeled off the rabbit food from one sitting there under the warmers. The usual story. Ate it anyways seeing how I was already back out into the nightmare of Vegas traffic at 5 pm. Fries were hot this time.
I mean if we are going to have to pay these outlandish prices now this food better be a whole better then in years past. Because we pay almostc20 bucks for 2 meals now that was 10 or so bucks 3 years ago for the same product.
That's why the 3 stars. Plus guy serving the window had the most unkempt beard ever. That is disgusting at best right there. Need I say more on that. I mean come on guys who wants curlycq hair with your fries? Really cover that up dude. Just plain unappealing and unsanitary. Zero star there. Manager should be marked for that behavior.

We had a coupon, 2 each homestyle crispy chicken, fries and drinks. We thought we were getting a great deal until we took a bite into the chicken sandwich. The chicken was dried out and the breading was thick, hard as a brick, hard to bite and chew. I had to spit it out and would have choked if I tried to swallow it. We drank the soda and ate the fries and threw out the sandwich. We do like their breakfasts though. We won’t be ordering their chicken sandwich again. Did not think of taking photo and it was too late, sorry.

Well, on November 30, 2024, I went through the drive thru of Jack in the box @ store #7261. I ordered number 7 large, so curly fries and a root beer.
The time was 5:42:17 P.M. When it was my turn to pull to the window and pay, I handed the young dark-haired store worker my debit card. He gave me my card back and a receipt, and then it just got extremely rude 😒 when he tried to hand me my beverage that was clearly running all down the cup. I said, "You need to wipe the cup down before you hand it to me, He said you don't want it with his hand on his hip, then said he "I can give you the napkins and you can wipe it down. " I said, are you crazy go get your manager right now!!! Fernando came to the drive thru window, and I apprised him of the situation. I asked for the employee's name, which was also on my receipt (Jose). As the manager was apologizing, Jose stood there laughing. He had no respect for the situation, the manager, or myself, the customer. And as a Bronze Star Veteran, I found the whole thing just appalling. That this is the best Jack in the box can offer its customer. Disrespectful employee's! Drive thru order # 119.

Lady that closes at 10pm is rude, which I don’t mind if the food is good, but it’s the fact that she got three of our orders wrong and then blamed US for ordering wrong. But we didn’t, because she charged us for what we ordered, NOT what she gave us. She got mad when one of us asked to fix the order, so the rest of us just shut up and ate our wrong order that we overpaid for. Instead of giving us a heads up of them about to close, she just told us to get out, they’re closing. And didn’t even let us use their exit. Very off putting, won’t come here again.

they got two of our orders wrong and got mad when we came back to correct their mistake. they also got mad when we asked for sauce, which they also forgot to put in our order. also, i know it's not against policy but they took back our wrong orders and threw it out instead of letting us keep it. HIGHKEY don't come here.

Slowest jack in the box ever! And that is consistent since I’ve lived in the area for 15 years…. Drive thru is so sloooooooo!
