The restaurant was cold, and floors needed to be cleaned. I ordered a smash burger, and I got a swiss cheese burger. When I informed the employees, even the manager, they wanted to argue that is how a smash burger is made. I had to show them on their own app the description of what a smash burger came with. The manager just stood there and listened and watched the whole interaction and didn't say crap. Took my food and walked away. I left. We will not be back to that location. Time was 3:00pm

Dear Jack, I had ordered a munchie box. My burger and fries were disgustingly cold. I guess the only reason my tacos were warm is because I ordered them with no sauce, and no lettuce. If you have customers that orders their food hot off the fryers, this is the reason why. Step up your game Jack! Your making the Burger King across you a better choice.

This is easily one of the best JIB I’ve been too. I wrote of JIB because I’ve always had bad service and the food never done correctly. This location turned it around for me. JIB is back in my good graces lol

Worse experience ever, Adriana is the manager, me and my coworker went to the drive through. We tried to order separate orders, this manager said we can't order separate, really? We've been ordering separate orders now she said we can't, that's total BS. That manager needs to be fired, can't stand some people, they take their attitude to work and show everyone how they are. I will never go to that place ever again. .

I've been here 3 times now. The service is quick, better than others on the wait time. Though I'd have to say there are better jack in the box locations as far as the food quality. Very bland, disappointed each time.
