The guy working the window tonight made us the best order it was fresh he put extra lettuce and sauce on our tacos and the fries were absolutely stacked and hot it was absolutely delicious we appreciate it he was super nice and everything was perfect 10/10 service

Everytime I order DoorDash from this location the food is absolutely vial. Fries soggy with no crunch and my chicken sandwich is always overcooked and hard. So saddening to spend all this money and never get a decent meal here.

Just so everyone knows, if you order the free Friday curly fries with your meal you'll get 3 actual curly fries and the rest are over cooked barely warm left over ends pieces. But I guess their thinking is its free and I shouldn't complain? Not going to ask to replace, not worth it but you should be aware.

I got the buttery jack with bacon and swiss, I asked for no sauce. They obliged.. but they also didn't give me my dang bacon. You pay extra to get that bacon.. otherwise, I would've just got that other average buttery jack. Other than that, it was ok. I went through the drive thru. They were quick, smile on her face... maybe cause she just ate my bacon though lol jk but naw, they did good

I want to say Taylor is sooo very kind! As a post mates driver stole our order we got a refund from Postmates and reordered and she put a note in our bag. Not only was she so kind and calm at handling the situation she put a note to make it even better. Thank you Taylor 🙂

Doing simple things like confirming a mobile order before making someone wait for 15 minutes for the order to be wrong would go a long way. Also in the case an order isn’t correct, maybe letting the person know they can wait in the car instead of making them come in with sick and upset babies would be nice. Also taking everyone’s order instead of just one person would be good too
