Doing simple things like confirming a mobile order before making someone wait for 15 minutes for the order to be wrong would go a long way. Also in the case an order isn’t correct, maybe letting the person know they can wait in the car instead of making them come in with sick and upset babies would be nice. Also taking everyone’s order instead of just one person would be good too

The lady working the drive thru on 11/22/24 around 10:30 am was very rude.. I ordered and added tacos onto my order and she didn't say anything I waited a couple seconds and said hello? She got an attitude and said yes I have your total at the window I asked if she added the tacos on and she said yes I said ok sorry I just didn't hear you say anything so I pulled up to the window and she was on the phone talking in Spanish.. talking on the phone at work??? but then she just stood there and stared at me what the hell??then finally told me the total. I know fast food workers get a ton of horrible customers but I am a reasonable person and had a few fast food jobs so I know how it is but that is just ridiculous behavior. I have never had that happen before. If I wasn't on my lunch break and in a hurry I would have gone in there and talked to the manager because there is no excuse for that behavior... I wish someone would tell that lady that's not right to be on your phone at work and have an attitude with the customers!! But I know that will never happen..

I've been coming to this location on occasion for years, and they never disappoint me.
Every time I've been here, it's always hard working men and women just trying to make a living. I can complain about certain workers that take this kind of work too lazily, but I'm sure your own employees do that already. It's the nature of the business.
Firstly, it's Jack in the Box. If you're expecting a fine dining experience, you need to spend an extra hundred bucks elsewhere, and maybe, you'll be happy.
Secondly, the food quality is what one would expect: cheap and affordable fast-food. If you're expecting more than that, you're a broke Karen if you get food here and then complain about it afterwards. I actually quite love their new smash burgers and their tacos are always good. Point is, go in with a fast-food expectation, and you won't be disappointed.
Thirdly, this is a fast-food chain, these are men and women trying to survive on a terrible, garbage wage I'm sure this company pays them. They will make what you order, but if you're expecting a 5-star experience, forget about it. Don't expect kindness and fruitiness when you pull in at 3am in the drive-trough.
Shoutout to all the workers, because they make this location possible. The work may be tough, but don't blame your direct managers. They are most likely just like you, unless they're 50 year old's that just want to make your life miserable. Someone who gets into the thick of it with you is a true homie.
My only piece of advice: don't forget the drink straw. Other than that, It's my own advice that I hope you all form a union of some kind, because 5-star service demands 5-star pay. The company decides this themselves. If they pay you trash, that is what they shall receive.

The night guy, Francis, is very hasty, short, and unwelcoming. Makes ordering here a completely unpleasant experience. Embarrassing service.
Just came from this place. DISGUSTING!!!. Ordered the sour jack, nothing but a piece of meat??? the size of slice of tomatoes, that's it. Also got a grilled chicken sandwich, went straight into trash, was very cold and undercooked. The girl at the window should at least pretend to like her job. No one wants to do their job right, but always first to complain about the pay.

Always messing up my orders. One time I didn’t get my hashbrown in my breakfast combo. Today I didn’t get sausage in my loaded breakfast sandwich. No napkins either :(
Edit: they are not open in the early mornings like google maps says they are. When mobile ordering they say their “machine is down” so they’re not actually open when they say they are. Waste of gas and time

Hello, I’m went to this Jack-in-the-Box And I ordered a Boba coffee and it came out so good but the cashier handed me a regular straw but it’s OK I didn’t complain. I said I chose to suck on the straw for 45 minutes straight hit one bubble ball out.
