Got food poisoning from onion rings I ordered last night. Don't recommend this place at all. It was the only thing I ate last night so it was for sure their food. I wouldn't order from here until health inspector comes by again and makes sure they are cooking food correctly.

Completely messed up my order won't come back here again ever! I'm gonna upload this picture I ordered a sausage croissant they gave me bacon . My husband ordered a large they gave him a small frie but a large drink . What we pay extra money for !??!?

Bad service is due to young staff members who can't communicate well or speak clearly. Had to keep asking to repeat or speak clearly. Someone else maybe a manager had to step in and take over the drive-thru order. Other than that Jack in the Box food is consistently the same.

Slow and couldn't care who was standing in line. One gentleman had to say, 'Hey, are you all planning on taking any orders?' My money can be spent at Popeyes. Will not be back here. One time is all it takes.

The drive-through was moving quickly after visiting Burger King almost got the same menu. Jack-in-the-Box is less expensive plus I enjoy the curly fries if you need a quick fix go to Jack-in-the-Box

Placed a mobile order, third car in drive thru line and the guy at the window asked for money…wrong amount and I’d already paid, anyway. When I told him it was a mobile order, he asked me to pull around to the front. Two other cars waiting, too! Waited another 8 minutes before going into the store, where they still didn’t have my order ready. Not enough help and the guy taking orders was new. Poor planning!

No one took my order so had to use the self service kiosk. Food took forever to come out and it was a simple order. 2 pc chicken snack box. Burned my entire lunch break waiting around.

I like Jack in the Box, but this location is always giving me cold food. The other day I had an ultimate bacon cheeseburger, fries and two tacos. The burger and fries were room temperature. Only the tacos were hot. This happens to me all the time here. Even when I eat in. How do they manage that? I'm guessing the food is old as hell by the time they give it to me.

Waited 5min..clearly ignored to place an order. There was only two cars in the driveway and myself in the establishment.

This place is a mess no organization, not even an acknowledgment of them being behind or having issues. Employees body languages easily read with frustrations. This establishment is WHACK. rather go to eastern and windmill. Don’t waste your time here.
