store should be shut down, waited in drive thru for 10 minutes after I was told to wait. no one came back or took my order I was the only car in line and once I gave up and came inside there was no one else in the store. if no one wants to take an order why come to work? ?♀️?

This is the worst service, the cashier was extremely rude, disrespectful and kept arguing with me because he got my order wrong and I'm tried to tell him my order he kept saying " I know what your doing!" I gave him my order 3 times , I tried to give him my order and he was insistant on telling me I didn't know what my order was. Your store is either out of products , wrong orders or not opened on posted times that you should be because your staff has not arrived. This is by far the worst service I've ever experienced. That young man needs training on how to talk to people. I left without food as he wanted to argue .

I usually have sympathy for employees under the food industry because I work at a restaurant but this place needs better management, my family of 6 each ordered combos, every single one of my family got the wrong order. The cashier who I think is the manager with the big bright red cheeks, has quite an attitude and to add a plus to all this, we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to take our order and another 25 minutes to receive our food. I mean, I don't recommend you coming here but hey if you wanna find out for yourself, great place for a great experience. ?

The service is excellent! The staff is attentive and caring. The inside is clean, beautiful, cozy. The downsides are that the burgers are smaller than those at Burger King, the mini tacos are super dry and hard, they are impossible to eat. But I still give them 5 stars, for their smiles and good attitude towards clients.
