We went to Jack in the Box to get a free burger, based on T mobile Tuesday. The APP was Little difficult to use and take it to order completion and submitted.
The young lady (Grace) at the register had a great smile as we walked in. She was singing and seemed genuinely happy. We showed her our phones and told her we were struggling with placing our order. She was a huge help. We got our orders processed because of her
Hey management, you’ve got a really special employee in Grace. Give her a raise, have her help train other workers. She’s the best!

I tried to order twice from my mobile app. Sent the order in, got my card charged twice and they never got my orders even though I got charged. They refused to make my food even though I showed them the 2 pending charges. We left hungry after waiting 30 minutes for food that refused to make. We won’t be back, this has always been my after work spot to get dinner. It won’t be anymore.

I've never had any issues with this place it's right by the house I go sometimes because it's right there. Look the app is garbage and it's not there fault the manager tried everything she could and I really appreciate the service I appreciated it

Got the meat lovers burrito, it was terrible. All the meat was overcooked and dry. Tortilla tasted like it was laying around for days. It was supposed to come with salsa, it didn't. I know it's fast food, but i wouldn't eat this if it was free

This location is always very clean- both the restrooms and dining area. The staff consists of mostly younger kids who really work their tails off. I can tell their manager or franchise owner drives them pretty hard, but it’ll fair them better in the long run than someone who doesn’t take pride in their work. The food is always hot and actually looks like effort was put into it’s production, which is refreshing considering the slop on a bun you’re getting at other locations. I appreciate having this location in my neighborhood. Keep up the good work.

For a fast food breakfast, inspirada's jack in the box works. The food is of course, not 5 Star because it's fast food, but the coffee is great. In fact, the young lady brought freshly prepared coffee to my table with a great attitude. Therefore, customer service bumps the rating to 5 overall.

Ordered curly fries. They must’ve ran out because they gave me a mixture. My bacon cheese fries had all these cheese on one side in the corner. Food was cold. And I had to wait! So???? I’d post a pic but there’s no option to. Hmmmm
