Beautiful Views Can't Save Poor Service at Jade16 Rating: ★★☆☆☆ My husband and I are regulars at the M Resort and dine extensively throughout Las Vegas, so we were excited to finally try Jade16 on the 16th floor. Unfortunately, what should have been a lovely date night turned into a frustrating experience due to poor communication and kitchen coordination. What Worked: The views from Jade16 are absolutely stunning—definitely the highlight of the evening. Our cocktails were phenomenal, and initially, our table service seemed fine. We had a 5:45 PM reservation through OpenTable on a Friday night, and the restaurant wasn't even particularly busy. Where It All Went Wrong: We ordered California rolls as our appetizer, then my husband chose crab fried rice and Kung Pao chicken while I ordered duck curry. His food arrived, and the crab fried rice was truly amazing. But then I waited. For 16 minutes, my entrée never appeared. During this entire time, no one checked on us or offered drink refills. I eventually had to flag down our waiter to ask about my meal. He returned only to say it would take “a while longer”—with no explanation or apology. Here's the kicker: at no point were we told this is a family-style restaurant where dishes arrive at different times. By now, my husband's food was cold, and we were sitting there awkwardly on what was supposed to be a date night. I asked them to simply cancel my order. We weren't alone in our frustration—other diners near us mentioned they were having similar kitchen issues. Credit Where It's Due: A manager named Ray came over, offered a sincere apology, and comped our appetizer. She handled the situation professionally and clearly cared about making things right. However, by that point, the experience was already ruined. Bottom Line: In a city as competitive as Las Vegas—especially within an upscale resort like the M—this level of service is simply unacceptable.
We were seated right away. Ordered our drinks then had to wait over 30mins for our server to even come back over and take our order. Ordered the Hawaiian roll, it was disappointing, we had them take it back. We couldn't even eat it.
Food was excellent. We ordered chicken wings, char siu pork ribs, lo mein, house fried rice. Plenty of food for 3 adults. Price was reasonable. Service excellent, Matthew took are of everything!
Jade @ 16 delivers that top-tier “work hard, treat yourself harder” energy. The moment you step out onto the rooftop, the whole experience levels up — sleek atmosphere, gorgeous views, and a staff that actually acts like they want you there. Love that. The sushi? Man... fresh, clean flavors, generous cuts, and plated like they're pitching a product launch. The rolls hit with that perfect balance of creativity and quality, not the gimmicky stuff you see in lesser spots. Drinks were on point too — crafted, not poured. Service was dialed in. Attentive without hovering. They kept everything flowing without making the table feel rushed. Operational excellence, honestly. If you want a spot that feels upscale without being pretentious, this is it. Perfect for date night, celebrations, or just saying “I deserve nice things today.” Highly recommend
This place is amazing. Great service and great food. Then you top it off with the amazing views. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thursday evening date with a special lady. 16th floor of the M with an awesome view. Small plates were bogo. Had ribs, egg rolls, calamari and jerky. All were excellent except the egg rolls which were burnt. Also ordered a tiger shrimp dish and a Jayde sushi roll which was amazing. Finished it off with mango cream stuffed malasadas. Joy, the server was great. Overall a great experience. Recommended.
Food here is always amazing. Service is always great... that's why I love coming back so often.
It's my birthday so I made the reservation. My friend ordered Kalbi and we couldn't even slice because it was so tough I even asked our server for another knife and even the other knife that she gave cannot even slice this meat. I told her , tell the chef how frustrated I am and my friend about this dish. The pan fried noodle is a bit salty and the shumai is good. I gave 2 star bec Jayde @16 is rated $$$ how could they served such a lousy uneatable food to customers, unacceptable ☹️. To be fair i Wasn't charge for the Kalbi. Still made a huge impact to a customer like me.
Took my gf and her mom for a birthday dinner to reserve a window seat. Table wasn't ready yet, waited 30 mins, table still wasnt ready yet. So we just sat in the middle of the restaurant. Usually when you reserve a specific table, they make sure to book the other reservations spaced out so its actually ready for the next diners. Food was good but poor organization.
My husband and I are very, very disappointed with the restaurant. The food was extra salty, very disappointed in the servers attitude. We mentioned to him that this food was very salty and his answer was oh I have been serving food all day long and nobody has complained and that's the only answer he had never came back to ask us if you would like any dessert just handed the bill to us so I don't think I will ever recommend this restaurant to anybody or will plan on coming back again if the service is like that, this was our first time and we had heard a lot about this restaurant, but very disappointed

I love Jayde @ 16! Great food, lovely ambiance and fantastic service. It's my favorite place to take visitors! Everyone always loves it.
My favorite thing about this place is the amazing view, but the food and service are also fantastic. Been here a few times and have always been taken care of by Hal and/or Ray. Both are supper attentive, personable and give the best recommendations. All the food I’ve had there has been flavorful, fresh and well portioned. Definitely recommend checking out Jayde 16 if you’re close to the M.

Everything here is fabulous. The food is the best. The service is flawless. The views are beautiful. We dine here at least once a month. You can't go wrong.
Great views, great service, but the food is mediocre. Everything is just a little off. The California rolls had mayonnaise(?) inside, the salmon sushi was dry and tough, the cashew chicken was serviced with uncooked onions and peppers - and no rice, you have to ask for rice.
Go for a drink and maybe an appetizer, and the view, but I'd skip it for dinner.
