My first time of ordering a nice sandwich from jersey mike's. My sandwich was excellent.. The only thing I was confused about is tipping for a sandwich that takes four minutes to make and don't they get paid... My sandwich did seem a little expensive at.20.00 for a foot long sub... Maybe that's the new normal...

Great team great service. I ask one thing. Please clean your vents. Its been like this for quite a while and it looks like an attempt to clean them was a failed attempt. I always be a customer because of the team, just please ine extra step for quality in appearance. Thank you

Sandwiches were good, but, many workers scurrying about, but still 5 minute wait to order. Also, military discount only 5% now. My old Florida store gave free chips and soda to retirees. Time to look for more military friendly options.

I really want to enjoy Jersey Mike’s, but every time I try to stop in for a quick bite, I end up regretting the decision. Today I stood waiting for over 15 minutes while the team focused solely on fulfilling online orders. Not once was I acknowledged or asked if I needed help—it’s incredibly frustrating to stand there feeling invisible.

At one point I actually thought to myself, I should’ve just stayed home and made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich instead of wasting the drive over. The sandwiches are good, but the customer experience for walk-ins needs serious improvement. There has to be a better system in place that allows walk-in customers to place an order without feeling like an afterthought.

How this place got a 4.4 is beyond me....5x we have been here and 5x they have messed up the order. Today we got hard, moldy bread, and what was supposed to be sub in a tub was basically meat in a box with a sprinkle of lettuce.... Can you take my opinion with a grain of salt... I'm sure it's not going to mean much. I'm a big dude and I like food and I won't eat here anymore... I'd rather honestly eat at 7-Eleven at least my order would be right

Why does this store always cancel online/delivery app orders? Even if you go in to order, they take forever to make the sandwich. I guess it’s all too complicated for this shop, so I’d recommend finding a new place to sell you bread with some stuff on it.

The "classic pastrami" was classic garbage. The bread was old and stale. The "pastrami" was tough to chew, stringy and tasteless. The cheese, onions and mustard were barely noticeable, overwhelmed by the dry stale bread. Horrible. Period.

Store was super clean and well maintained, Amber did a great job with taking a large order and having us out of the door quickly! Will definitely be back again.
