Came in to pick up lunch and a couple was in front of me. I stood to the right of the ppl. Another couple came in after and the guy totally skipped me. He even welcomed me and saw me first. The guy who put my condiments on and the guy who took my payment was great. I come to this place several times a month. Hopefully he was having a bad day.

This was my first time here and it was okay. They forgot something with my order and I didn't feel like going back in to get it. I ordered the club with turkey, ham, and bacon. Where was the flavor? It wasn't Firehouse but it wasn't bad. However, it was definitely way better than Subway. Would I go back? Probably just for a fundraiser ;)

I try to come to this location when I'm in area. The food is always delicious and more importantly the customer service. The two gentlemen on 12/11/2024 at 10:40am are outstanding. I’m from out of town so this is me and my wife first time here as we walked in there were 3 dudes and all 3 of them have a stank attitude they act like they were in a rush when there was no one in there to even rush we let him know it was a first time and instead of being generous and telling explaining certain things he just putting things on the sandwich that I didn’t ask for so I had to ask if they toast he says with a attitude they microwave in a sarcastic way then we got cup drinks the ice wasn’t working we asked the white guy was the machine off he turns around and ask the African American guy and he laughs and says well what u want me to do I can’t do nothing about it with a snappy attitude as if we was already supposed to know it wasn’t working all around the attitudes here are bad and not necessary
