The absolute worst experience i have ever had at Jersey Mike. I watched as they incorrectly made my sandwich, since they did not know my name, they just shrugged off the mistakes. I pointed out how they did not follow my order. They offered additional oil and vinegar. The crew tonight may have killed Jersey Mikes for me, forever.

I had a very disappointing experience at your location. We walked in at 8:45 PM to order a sandwich, received it at 8:57 PM, just minutes before closing. As we began to eat, we were abruptly asked to leave because the store was closing.
While we understand the importance of closing on time, it’s completely unacceptable to serve customers right before closing only to rush them out the door without the opportunity to eat. The staff’s behavior was extremely rude, and it left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected.
Very unfortunate that this is the kind of service being offered at this location.

The sandwiches were dreadful and over priced. The bread was hard like it was stale or was left out. The meat was so dry I had to keep drinking water while eating so I could actually swallow it. The service was good. But 11 bucks for a 6 inch sub that was dry and bland is crazy! There are far more tasty options for that price point or less. That is the last time I am going to Jersey Mike's.

Tried to get food to go. Got handed a sandwich cut in 4ths loosely wrapped in paper, no sticker. Had to ask for a bag. No napkins. Service is lacking.
Ordered online, just seemed they threw it together real quick. Wasn't the usual Jersey Mike's, very poor performance for the cooks. Worried more about there personal logos then making the sandwiches. Hot food was ehh, cold food hard to mess up but ehh. Last time was delicious and on point. We'll be back. Just not around 8 o clock.
