I used to go to another location but have been coming to this one for the last several months since it’s next to my gym. I won’t go again in the future because the sandwich is prepared with no care at all so it looks like a mess when I open it. On top of that, the staff has had zero customer service training or they simply don’t care. Normally it’s not both issues at once. This last time there was no one at the counter, my sandwich looked like shit and didn’t taste so good, and the staff looked like they were bothered I came in. I love jersey mikes but this location sucks .

The absolute worst experience i have ever had at Jersey Mike. I watched as they incorrectly made my sandwich, since they did not know my name, they just shrugged off the mistakes. I pointed out how they did not follow my order. They offered additional oil and vinegar. The crew tonight may have killed Jersey Mikes for me, forever.

I had a very disappointing experience at your location. We walked in at 8:45 PM to order a sandwich, received it at 8:57 PM, just minutes before closing. As we began to eat, we were abruptly asked to leave because the store was closing.
While we understand the importance of closing on time, it’s completely unacceptable to serve customers right before closing only to rush them out the door without the opportunity to eat. The staff’s behavior was extremely rude, and it left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected.
Very unfortunate that this is the kind of service being offered at this location.
