Jersey Mike's Subs

Went in today and was very happy with my sandwiches. The staff was very friendly and the owner was there too. Turns out we remember each other from the previous store on Eastern Avenue I used to frequent. Today I had one of the best Jersey Mikes ever and look forward to frequenting this spot. I will say it is how Jersey Mikes should be now. When it first opened about a year ago, there were some growing pains such as not too much meat but that issue has been resolved. Now that the store has been opened for a while I am happy to leave a 5 star review. I would disregard older negative reviews as things have been ironed out now. Keep up the good work Jersey Mikes!

GO TO THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEW ON YELP AND SEE THE SAME ISSUE! The Younger Black girl RIKENA tried to round up my check for the donation and didn't ask me about it. It was nearly 95 cents rounded up. I caught it and made her remove it and RIKENA got a bad attitude with me! I asked her if she does this to everyone and she said oh it just slipped. But RIKENA has been doing this as far back as March according to the other review with the same issue. I will be calling the store and speaking to the manager directly.

SHE IS STEALING FROM THE CUSTOMERS TO PAY FOR THEIR CHARITABLE TAX DONATION DEDUCTIONS WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT!

Wonder if the employees receive an incentive for getting more donations? But that's theft. Literal theft.

Sandwich was decent, but RIKENA was not the one that made it.

Absolute terrible service. Ordered pick up and with two workers during a slow shift they kept prioritizing random people that walked in and new pick up orders over mine. Workers are obvious and could care less.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! THEY HAVE NO WORKING PHONE & THEIR FOOD IS SUBPAR. ORDERED DELIVERY BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT & NO WAY TO GET A REFUND SINCE THEY HAVE NO WORKING PHONE. Super stale bread everytime

This location has only been open a fee month. Initially, everything was great! However, today we walked into a completely empty place. There were three employees there. One counting money, one refilling the bread, one cooking at the grill. NOT ONE SAID "HELLO", NOT ONE MADE EYE CONTACT, NOT ONE ACKNOWLEDGED US. We stood there for a few minutes, then left. This place will end up shutting down unless they survive on "to go"orders. Very disappointing!!!
