Went in today and was very happy with my sandwiches. The staff was very friendly and the owner was there too. Turns out we remember each other from the previous store on Eastern Avenue I used to frequent. Today I had one of the best Jersey Mikes ever and look forward to frequenting this spot. I did not go here because the reviews are bad. Was thinking about coming here and after seeing the reviews I will not go here.

Hoping management sees this to at least attempt making changes?

Food and service were great. Jersey Mike's is my go-to cold cuts sandwich shop in Vegas.There are a couple of better, more expensive sandwiches in town, obviously, but JM's is a solid option.I am a fan of the Italian with like 5 or 6 meats on it. Definitely get the pepper relish as well as your usual toppings.I always do the Mike's way with mayo, mustard and pepper relish.
