Great service from the employees there . However my online order was over 30 minutes late from what was said because the store was not properly staffed . The staff they did have was doing an exceptional job. Do better for your staff’s sake Jersey Mike’s !!! Help them succeed .

I had a very good experience last week when I visited this Jersey Mike’s location. The store manager served me promptly, asking the appropriate questions to make sure I had a great sandwich. As I ate my meal, I listened to how he greeted his customers. I found him professional, friendly, and pleasantly engaging his customers during a busy lunch hour. 6 month update, this is still the absolute best location in the city, super clean and they have the most friendly staff. I’ll keep coming here EVERY time I’m in the mood for a sub.
