The pizza is good, but when I went to pick up my pizza this last time was a huge disappointment, the younger lady had her phone behind the cooking line and was actively preparing food. Honestly unsanitary and will make me reconsider ordering from here

Pizza is DELICIOUS! Detroit style with crispy corners! The yummiest pizza I've ever had....no joke. After we ate it we couldn't stop talking about how good it was. I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed.
I'm going to start off by saying the food and pizza is good here. Customer service, not so much. I ordered a Detroit style 8-piece with pepperoni (that's it). I checked the online price and the total came out to $21.66 (Tax included). I figured instead of doing it online I could just call it in since I was going to pay in cash, the guy told me my total was going to be $26.64 before I could ask anything he hung up on my right after telling me it would be ready in 15min.
When I got to the store I asked the guy behind the counter about the discrepancy, and asked if they could honor the online price and he refused, stating "it's already in the system", even after I explained and showed him how the order is different online. He still refused. I just paid the requested price, then the guy has the odacity of asking me if I wanted my change back, "yes. Yes sir I do. The system already charged me $5 more by ordering over the phone". Needless to say, I'm very disappointed that this place has a website, but it does not honor the website price.
TLDR: order online and not over the phone, you get a better price.

LOOK. Bottom line is…don’t trust people who order through DoorDash or work for them then want to write a bad review. Don’t trust the guy who didn’t like the wings (go to BWW guy) This is one of THE BEST pizza places in Las Vegas and it’s not even close! Get the Detroit style. It’s like crack. 4.3 is a joke and it’s mainly just freaks making these reviews. I drive 30 minutes across town for it! Crazy I know. Go to Jets and enjoy!

Don't go there if you want good customer service I went there to pick up a doordash this evening and to begin with when I got there the pizza had not even been started yet it was supposed to have been picked up at 6:04 p.m. I never had the order come through from doordash until almost 6:30 they said they couldn't find the order I asked the guy how long it was going to take to make the pizza he said about 8 minutes I waited another 20 minutes before the pizza was ready the customer called and complained he lied to the customer told the customer that the pizza had been ready it was never even started until I got there they never apologized for making me wait I would not go there for the customer service because their customer service sucks add there a bunch of liars! And actually they want over $3 for one little tiny slice of pizza and honestly I've had their Pizza it's no better than going to Little Caesars actually Little Caesars pizza for the price is a better Pizza.
