Tbh, this Jimmy John’s kinda slays. The sandwiches are always fresh and so good, like they actually care about making them right. The bread? Perfectly soft with the right amount of crunch. The ingredients? Always fresh and stacked just right.

And the staff? So friendly, it’s almost shocking. They’re quick, kind, and make the whole experience super easy and stress-free. If you want a solid sandwich with great service, this is the spot. 💖🥪

Girl was alittle rude when taking my order they didn't cut my sandwich and the sandwich was almost 14 dollars not including anything else...

"GET RID OF THE APP!!!" It's early in the morning at 10;09 am, "Jimmy John's" can never get it right. Why have an "App" for specifics on an order if employees are not following the instructions. "Cut in half, add napkins, name on the sandwich.....etc."

Why have an "App" for the Jimmy John's franchise? Get rid of the "App," it's useless. If not, improve your employees.

This visit to "Jimmy John's" is saddening as this is the restaurant I choose to often go to for a gourmet sandwich and great service.

Most affordable SUV. I was down there for my brother's birthday. And the service was great. Food was excellent and we really enjoyed ourselves.

My family loves Jimmy John’s! I order using the app mostly and use the favorites option to re-order our go to sandwiches. When calling in to order the staff is super friendly and always upbeat. I am usually running short on time so this is an excellent stop to get Lunches. When I arrive at the location on Lake Mead Parkway my sandwich and sides are allalways ready.

Vegetarian options: They have a veggie style that you can get. With avocado and cucumber. Pretty good!

I'm really upset about my visit this morning (6/23/2024). I arrived before their opening time (10:30am) so while waiting I decided to place my order online - which I never do. I will never do this again! How can my bread be hard if I'm there when they just opened.. they had to have given me old bread from the previous day because my bread was hard that I could not eat half of it. I don't get how a person can serve food in this condition. I would've went back had I had the gas and energy. I will definitely be reporting this to corporate. I always come to this location specifically because the sandwiches are always fresh and bread is always soft - not this time and it shouldn't matter if my order was placed online vs placing the order in the store. TERRIBLE!

No idea what the negative review before me is about. Placed a pickup order for 7pm tonight, was ready when i arrived, popped in and out to pickup my two items, tipped $7 the girls inside working were quiet, yet polite and cute, and the sandwich was fantastic! Definitely recommend
