I hate when I come to places like this and get the kind of service I get like what I got today. Gabby who was taking orders was just unpleasant the moment we walked through the door. It just completely ruins the vibe when that’s the service you get the moment you walk into a place. I came in during the evening shift and she was just so unpleasant, I couldn’t wait to get my food and go. My fiancé and I eat at Jimmy John’s twice a week (that’s not an exaggeration) and this was by far the worst Jimmy John’s service we’ve gotten ever!Clearly she didn’t want to be at work today, or she just didn’t want to take my order but it’s not a good feeling when someone is as unpleasant as she was. I’ll be at other Jimmy John’s just not this one.

Not a fan of the way your workers treat the customers here. I ordered a turkey club sandwich and realized after one bite they didn't put the turkey on. I took my sandwich back in the store and told the girl at the register they forgot the turkey. She responded by saying, "no they didn't." I repeated to her that they did forget it. She then asked, "what did you order?" I told her my order and she said, "are you sure you ordered that?" Yes! I just ordered it here two minutes ago!! I had to open the sandwich and show her before she believed me. Then the girl behind the food counter said she couldn't remake or take the sandwich back, so she handed me a piece of Turkey and said that's all she could do. Tip for the workers: believe the customer and don't treat them like they are stupid. I was very patient with them, but it makes me not want to come back to this location.
