Check your sandwich before you leave. Came in to get lunch for myself and my wife. She has a gluten allergy and has to order the unwich. We make sure every time we order to let staff know it’s an allergy. Employees didn’t change there gloves and didn’t make sure the work area was cleaned off before preparing her food. Needless to say she got sick after eating the skimpiest sandwich I’ve ever gotten from jimmy johns. There was 1 piece of meat 1 piece of cheese and 1 tomato with a huge pile of lettuce. ON A LETTUCE WRAP SANDWICH. Very disappointing and won’t be bringing my business here any longer. Also sent pictures and let corporate know they never followed up. Bad business all the way around. Stop getting taken advantage of go elsewhere.

Wow! Unfortunate 0 stars isnt an option. $22 for an absolute TERRIBLE excuse for a sandwich. Not only a sandwich but "A new featured" one. There had to be maybe 5 or 6 tiny pieces of chicken spread across 18"(I believe that's the largest size). The first 2 bites were mayo, bread and lettuce. So I opened it up and this is what I saw. Chicken on only half of the half. So in reality I paid like $3.50 per tiny piece of thin shaved chicken on a ton of bread, mayo, and lettuce with whatever tiny amount of sauces were on it. I used to love Jimmy John's but this robbery has solidified the fact that I'll never return to JJ again, which is sad. This was absurd for $22. How can you make that sandwich and hand it to someone and feel good about it?

I've ordered the same thing for delivery, Gargantuan, about 20 times over the years, and this was the first time I was really disappointed with it.Instead of actual jalapenos, they now have "crispy" ones. Not only was it weird having a "crunch" every time I took a bite, there was absolutely zero heat to them. None.I also always get the jalapeno chips and those DO have heat to them. Always get a pickle too and that was good but those new jalapenos didn't do it for me with the crunch and no heat.Not at all happy with the new change.
Had a great experience here yesterday buying subs, cookies, and chips for the family. I usually mix up my order to try different things, but since I’ve had their #9 Italian Night Club, I don’t think I’ll get anything else. The bread was so fresh and the meats and cheese had tons of flavor. I went inside and ordered and the employees were super nice and the place was plenty clean - definitely the best Jimmy John’s in the Valley.

My family and I had lunch today at this Jimmy John’s location store# 1931. It’s an absolutely fantastic location! Jeremy at the front register was friendly & funny. I could tell all the employees like working here & enjoy their job. We met the GM Delani and told her how all the food we ate was delicious and that her staff is really great! Highly recommend this JJ location.

I was recently out in the Vegas area for team work event. Our group was hungry and strapped for time in the area of this JJs. We popped in and had incredibly prompt and friendly service. The subs were on point. I normally don’t review restaurants but feel these guys deserve a real shout out. Above and beyond expectations.

Recently went to JJ's when I was out in Vegas... enjoyed a hunter's club, jalapeño chips and a big blue powerade with the nice ice. Service was freaky fast, restaurant was immaculately clean. Will be going back next time I'm out there...

Used to be a great sandwich shop, the amount of meat on the sandwich has dropped considerably to where it’s hard to tell there is any. Side not, chairs are absolutely the least comfortable I’ve ever felt. Not a place I enjoy going to anymore. The rewards program makes it impossible to ever get any bonuses.
