I had a very disappointing experience at Jimmy John’s recently due to the incredibly rude service from an employee named Dallen. From the moment I approached the counter, he seemed annoyed that I was even there. Every time I asked a simple question about the menu, he would roll his eyes or shake his head, making me feel like a burden rather than a customer.
Customer service like this is completely unacceptable, especially when all I wanted was to place a straightforward order. I hope management takes note—because no matter how good the sandwiches are, I won’t be returning if this is how guests are treated.
The sandwich makers were very kind.

TERRIBLE!!! Been here 3x. Each time they got it wrong. So when I spoke w Sophie who said she was the mgr, she agreed to fix it and replace the sandwich with the correct order and as gratitude for being a loyal customer Sophie agreed to comp my wife a sandwich for the inconvenience of having to go back and get it correct for the 3rd time mind you.
Well my wife got her comped sandwich but they refused to honor the agreement and did not replace the original sandwich they messed up. It became an ordeal involving police after their staff member pointed a knife at me and threatened me on camera mind you. Needless to say, we won't be back. Poor representation of JJ Product and what the company stands for. It is owned privately and the owner is either clueless about the real issues, or its just bad business. I do not recommend this location.
Sure the owner will take this down but whatever. Terrible service, and did not keep their word. Worst JJs experience ever.

Hit or miss. Had to post this because this is unacceptable. $10 sandwich $1 value. As you can see not even close to the advertisement. I get the presentation may not always be there but there is barely any chicken... Barely. I'm probably not coming back to this location. I don't know if I'd pay $1 for this.

I wouldn't rush back. I ordered the #2 with cheddar cheese and it had a whopping 2 slices of roast beef. That's obnoxious for your prices. The young lady taking care of online orders and the young man taking our order were amazing.

i went into jimmy johns last weekend and the service was phenomenal. Your night manager was very friendly and helpful in figuring out the sandwich that was best for me.

Your night manager last Monday was fantastic at her job. Made my experience wonderful and personally made my sandwich. 10/10

Your woman night manager last Monday did a OUTSTANDING job walking me through the menu and making sure my jimmy johns experience was out of this world. I’m not usually one for sandwiches but you just earned yourself a new regular, I will be coming in every night Monday from now on just for her! 5 stars.

I had a pickup order at this restaurant last night.
First they asked me to serve my drink (even though it’s a pickup order), but ok… no problem.
After I had to sign a receipt for them. No problem.
Then I had to wait more 10 minutes when they had no customers before me.
When I asked if they were short staffed, the lady who was making the sandwich blowed up saying if I was not happy I might get out of the store and I can get banned in their system. What ?
Sooo…. It’s extremely ridiculous how you guys can keep this kind of customer service.
