I had a pickup order at this restaurant last night.
First they asked me to serve my drink (even though it’s a pickup order), but ok… no problem.
After I had to sign a receipt for them. No problem.
Then I had to wait more 10 minutes when they had no customers before me.
When I asked if they were short staffed, the lady who was making the sandwich blowed up saying if I was not happy I might get out of the store and I can get banned in their system. What ?
Sooo…. It’s extremely ridiculous how you guys can keep this kind of customer service.

Terrible location hire some employees that actually pay attention shouldn’t have to tell them we ordered online when we got there and they are like “ oh there’s a ticket “ never coming back

ALL CUSTOMERS BEAWARE THAT THIS LOCATION CHARGE A EXTRA 2 BUCKS JUST TO ADD IT ON YOUR SANDWICH...EIP OFF IN MY OPINION...LAST TIME I'LL BE GOING TO THAT LOCATION ??‍♀️

Upon arrival into the establishment me and buddy were greeted with awkward silence and quiet hellos. I asked if both sandwiches were marked to clarify it’s rightful owner and was given a straight answer and even inquired as if the sandwich did have extra ham, was also given a straight and was told yes. Isn’t so much the case when I get back to my place of business where I spend 8 hours a day doing the lords work, I get a standard sandwich that I didn’t pay for. During the week when I order here, I get amazing service, in and out and never an issue.

They wanted to charge me $3 for a cup of ICE after I bought a $9 sandwich!!!! Jersey Mike's it is from now on ?

Food is fine. Delivery drivers are careless. I pay with card and they always just leave my food at the steps and dont wait for me to answer to sign the receipt (and tip?) (I have a ring camera and they literally walk away immediately) you’d think they would want you to sign and give a tip but I guess not.

Been coning here since the owner opened the store and have had food delivered to my house plenty of times and suddenly they refuse to deliver to my address now.... Guess they lost a long time
