Came here the 3rd time ,Daniela was great and improvised since my favorite salad quinoa just ran out,Miso ramen was good as usual, broth was thick and little spicy,Chicken Karage was delicious with a squeeze of lemonAnd the best was desert , get the pana cota with ice cream,We’ve been going to the flamingo location for years,Now this is one of our favorite spots in henderson

Great service and Ramen was excellent. Server and co-owner made personal recommendations based on my craving. Great music, friendly and clean. Quick service if you are pressed for time, of casual dining experience if you have more time.

Parking: Ample parking

I love jinya and I recently moved to this side of town and was excited to be close to one. However the ramen is not that great at this location, the broth is very bland and wierd tasting. I will go out of my way now to drive to the location on Flamingo for ramen. The rest of the food at this location tastes great, but the ramen is a huge disappointment.

Brought my sister and niece (in from Texas) here to try it out. The atmosphere was relaxed and hip. The service was very friendly. We shared a pork goyoza and (potstickers) and they were great. My neice did a custom ramen, and my sister got the chicken ramen. I got the crunchy rice spicey tuna and the salmon poke mini tacos-YUM! My green tea was matcha and delicious! The food was delicious, we all enjoyed our meals. I will definitely be back! Great place.

The food is good, totally mismanaged No manager present Our server Jasper was curious, helpful and knowledgeable. I have never in 40 years of dinning out have asked for some type of compensation for my experience. Tonight that changed. We were a party of eight. 4 adults and 4 kids. One salad comes out 20 min later one order of edamame is served I asked for expedited serve 15 min later 3 Ramens are served 10 min later 3 orders of Tacos I asked what the hold up is Everyone in the kitchen is new I was told. It took another 60 min to get the rest of the food one by one. MEANWHILE We see to go orders getting processed. Wow That is complete disregard to in dinning clients. The restaurant offered a 20% discount. Mgmt is subpar at best. Mismanaged Very disappointing

1st time ever to JINYA and it was delicious. My server elaborately explained each dish I questioned. The staff was welcoming, friendly and provided the best customer service. Very culturally diverse environment. The food is the best. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

If you like Jinya ramen, go to this place. Nice vibe with good food. I didn’t like the other two locations so much because of how salty the ramens sometimes can be, not at this place. The broths were on point. The kid’s meal was generous and my kid liked it.-1 start because it’s a little dark and menu printed in such fine print i actually had to use my phone’s flashlight in order to see.Customer service was good, our server was friendly and attentive.Over all we had pleasant experience and will be back next timeDisclaimer/ this review was part of promotion (20% off)

Server was great and welcoming. Food came out quick and everything tasted delicious. A+! Will definitely be back. We ordered the salmon tacos, takoyaki, and ramen!

Parking: A lot of parking everywhere

The food was delicious. $161.00 was the total. The server automatically took a 20% tip. $30.00 is to much to pay for this night out. I do tip but felt that I should of decided the amount. I am glad I had the extra cash. Rude awakening. I will not return!!!

My favorite, quick, easy and total comfort food dinner! Great for single diners too. Excellent, fast, friendly service, amazing flavors, and never a disappointment! I always love the Tonkatsu Black.

Parking: Easy parking right out front during peak dinner hours

Among all franchise this spot is underrated not perfect but most chill, clean and courteous staff.. Our server stated the spice level upon ordering which we appreciate, The original tonkutsu broth is flavorful, the noodle still has a chew which is good the temperature of the broth is not up to the base however acceptable. The Red noodle truly has a bite and zing on the first sip which they deliver.

This place was excellent, with delicious food and especially attentive and kind service. The owner stopped by our table and we talked for a long time- it really shows how much they care about their customers. But I do have to say these reviewers on here talking about the ramen not being spicy are LYING!!! I got the Tonkatsu Red ramen, and the spice level was from 1-10. As it was on a scale to 10, I chose 5 as my spice level. And lord. I have a very high spice tolerance normally, but I was in actual tears. The kind waiters noticed me struggling for my life and offered another bowl of broth to diffuse the spice. Even with the entire bowl, it was still incredibly spicy. I highly recommend going to JINYA for great service and flavorful dishes, but I recommend only getting the spicy ramen at a 2 spice level or less.

We had a GREAT server named Jasper. He was super kind, attentive and patient. Felt like we could stay there forever. The food was super delicious too! Perfect ramen for a cold, winter night.

I am a regular customer, and I'm very disappointed tonight. I showed up to pick up my order, and it wasn't ready. Said it would be ready at 8:08, I arrived at 8:15 and still had to wait. Restaurant was over half empty.I got home to find that the broccolini wasn't cooked and was cold. Basically raw with seeds sprinkled on top.The ramen is also missing half the ingredients. I ordered the spicy vegan. All that was included was noodles, tofu, and green onion. Everything else is missing. It's not very warm and very bland.I don't know if you have new people back there making the food, but they need to be retrained.
