The Wingates ..

Staff shows favoritism especially the day staff. Clear relation between them compared to other staff. And unprofessionalism in the hiring and employment department I see some employees walking around with the manager doing nothing compared to others. Sides with customers over employees though customers are clearly wrong

Drove all the way over to the juice bar and you can’t even buy anything unless you’re a member! Why advertise it online then?

Went to try their smoothies, even though you have terrible ratings and was not allowed to buy one because I'm not a member? I mean, talk about not helping themselves -^0^-

This review is only based on customer service. Iv been a member at LVAC for a very long time. Iv always used the juice bar at each location. Never had an issue. My first interaction at this location was not good. My daughter and I walked up to the counter and waited to be helped. We could hear the staff laughing and joking in the back kitchen, assuming they didn't see us standing at the counter, I walked over to the side, gave a wave and said hello, she then acknowledged us and walked out and said... "I know you're there, I can see you on the cameras, you don't need to get my attention." I was like wow! Ok.... we ordered our drinks and left. Never a thank you or even a hello. Didn't even tell us our drinks were ready. Just left em on the counter and walked away. This was 2 months ago. We have been avoiding this business because we see her in the morning. Fast forward to yesterday morning, my daughter wanted a shake so I decided to give it another try, we walked up to the counter, same girl came up to help us, never said a word, just stared at us. Never said hello, never asked for our order or even acknowledged we were talking to her, accept the fact she was typing on her register. After taking our order she just stared at us, I then asked how much I owe, I paid and stepped to the other side to wait for my drink. As we were standing there she set some drinks on the counter and stepped to the side, I walked over and took a look at the drinks on the counter and she seemed to lose her shit and said that's not your and grabbed it from my hands! I asked her what her problem was and she just walked away and ignored me. After I got my drink from the other employee, I asked her for the other employee name, and she refused to give it to me, she said she don't know her name. Then she walks over to the door and says "Ashley that guy wants you" so when she came out, I was gonna try and figure out what her attitude problem was so maybe we can move forward so we can still use the business. When she came out I asked her what her problem was, and why she had such an attitude, no real response. Just more of the same crap. Ashley if that's her name, is hurting this business. She's a real POS and should never be in customer service.

Starting working out at the gym recently which I do love, and it was nice to see they had a juice bar here that contains smoothies, food, grab and go food options too. I will say the prices are a little high but you do get a good size smoothie from it. So far I've tried the hulk & ripped Java. Loved the hulk, Java was good too I just didn't taste coffee, tasted mostly all chocolate. My husband got PB&J which I bought was good also. I'll order my toddler a smoothie since they have a kids option, def overpriced $7 for a small kids cup. The size is fine but price shouldn't be more than 5 in my opinion. Service was good, the lady helped me figure out to get points. But if it wasn't for that , there wouldn't of been that much interaction. Overall this place is very convenient for a after workout treat

The only Juice Bar in Las Vegas I wouldn't buy a smoothie. I had been going to north LVAC on Decatur for about 8 years great staff and their food and smoothies were always great. I moved a year ago closer to this location on Stufflebeam Rd and their smoothies are inconsistent, sometimes they're ok and sometimes their horrible. The staff gives me attitude when I ask the to redo my 13 dollar smoothie I get 4-5 times a week. I hope management does a better training. Until then I wouldn't recommend buying a smoothie.

Some of the worst customer service Ive experienced by far at any juice bar. There was no name tag visible to know the name of the employee but a girl with a septum nose ring has nothing but a nasty attitude anytime I try to order something simple like just a water. Normally she has me repeat what I said since she seems too busy listening to music as Well. She doesn't even greet the moment she sees you nor allows you too know she sees you when waiting in line. I stood a whole 2 minuets just to see someone in the back walking around on their phone with earbuds in also and this is a constant issue I have towards this place. NO type of manners what so ever.

Genuine terrible and slow service. Save yourself the time and money and buy elsewhere.

Today was a very disappointing experience at this juice bar. I was the only one in line waiting to order some food after my workout, which took some time for them to get to me. That’s fine, I have patience. I order 3 items, one included a lunch box item. It took probably about 15 min for them to give me my smoothie & lunch box. But they forgot the juice that’s included with the lunch box. Then I waited for the 3rd item and figured since it was a bowl it would take longer. I sat and waited for maybe 35min until I finally asked and the girl wasn’t even aware they didn’t bring it out to me. So I had to wait another 5-10min for that and no apology or anything to compensate for the wasted time. Smh. The cherry on top was getting home and finding out that the brown rice wasn’t even cooked all the way and was hard. Very disappointing.

I ordered 2 pb&j lunchboxes. Both come with a fruit and a juice box. They handed us the boxes a few minutes later and then said they were out of juice. I asked if they could give us something else. She said "sorry no". So you could have told us you were out of juice before hand or Atleast gave us some kind of incentive for being out of juice? Also when you pay, the screen forces you to give a tip unless you hit "other" and manually type in zero. Seems like a money hungry place that doesn't care about their customers. Not a good day to be an LVAC member.

This poor lady needs help. I wish i got her name, but She was solo and didn't know what she was doing. Talked to the customer in Front of me about life for 5 minutes and then ignored me and the line behind me and just made the one drink. I'd love to take a seat while i wait for my shake i have no issue with it being busy and being alone / short staffed. But the system was down and not reading cards. So by the time it was my turn, i couldn't even pay. i stood around and waited 10+ minutes for absolutely nothing. Well done.

That's a super convenient. While the menu is not too complex you can literally order from yourself out and grab your food to go or eat at the little tables before or after your work out. They have protein shakes, but they do charge more for plant-based protein or any other changes so your shake can be $10-$12. It's a great little reward after you have a good workout.
