Love this spot! Super cheap all you can eat, only $35 per person and a tonn of options to choose from. We always leave stuffed and happy! Only warning, if you are coming around dinner time, highly recommend a reservation. From 6pm until pretty late into the evening they are slam packed and may have a wait.

My fav All you can eat sushi spot! I went during my lunch break excellent service and reasonable pricing. Everything is delicious! Met Kaizen she is a sweetheart and hooked me up with their Perfect Crème Brulée to die for tbh! I will go back!!!

First time here today. The food is great! I've been to plenty of other high end sushi places in town and these guys are in my top three. The staff is very attentive with drinks and getting rid of dirty plates very quickly. Overall one my new favorite places to eat quality sushi!!

2023 are here, was great. Sat at sushi bar & did chef recommendations. Are here probably 5 times over 2-week stay. Hope they open again.

2024 there is still sushi here. Now all you can eat, 90 min, 3 price points. Didn’t try - menu too small to decide and they were rushing us to decide. Went to another place.

Wish Kaizen was still here.

My favorite AYCE in Henderson.

Came back to add to this - This is actually my favorite sushi restaurant in Vegas - and before you roll your eyes (cuz there are some fantastic spots in this city), there are reasons why Kaizen takes #1 in my heart and my stomach 😂

I’ve been coming to Kaizen since 2012, and after tasting many of the vally’s AYCE and al a cart sushi and sashimi restaurants, Kaizen is my go to favorite for all the traditionals and then some. This place rivals *all* of the ayce or revolving restaurants across the city, including Chinatown. The fish is so fresh, you can really tell the quality and cuts are great quality. They have a wider variety of fresh fish on special that you won’t typically see, especially for ayce. Another aspect I enjoy is the other menu items like fried rice, noodles, hot and cold tapas, and other non sushi options on ayce or al a cart for those who want options other than sushi. This is why I like Kaizen for groups, they usually have something everyone enjoys. I usually take friends or family visiting from out of town, and every time they mention Kaizen as a most memorable experience during their visit.
Kaizen is very consistent in my experience, always delivering the great meal I anticipate when I’m able to visit.
I enjoy seeing a lot of the same faces of the staff and chefs when I visit, it feels like visiting friends and having a great time connecting and laughing with them if it’s not too busy.
The owners and managers a VERY generous! They recognize the locals and regulars, and make us feel welcomed and cherished with gifts, special chef plates, complimentary bottles or other offerings that make this place feel like home. I live a busy, single life with family far away, and when I come to Kaizen either alone, on a date, with friends, or with a group, the staff and chefs make me feel like I’m visiting people I’ve known and enjoyed for over a decade - which is true!

Thank you Kaizen! You are a staple in my Vegas experience, you’ve build and maintained your high quality service in all categories for over a decade, through recessions, pandemics. I vote your staff and chefs as a Vegas Local Favorite and MUST try! Thank you for your consistency and dedication to providing wonderful sushi dining experience day after day, year after year.

I have really high standards when it comes to sushi, so this one didn’t disappoint. The fish was all fresh, the fried food was awesome; most fried foods I eat at other sushi restaurants I tend to not like a few, but this had a sort of comfort feeling towards them. The service was 10/10, there was a waitress that kept walking around and watching tables like a hawk. We always had room for our oncoming orders, full disclaimer we did go when they just opened, so not much people but still. One take away I had was the music they were playing, it was a little weird to hear/watch Japanese only songs that were also in their language, and acoustics of Frozen songs Lol. Oh, and what would be a good change is to give real soy sauce holders, using plastics Jell-O shots felt like they were under budget for a place that serves good food; still though I recommend this place every time, I’ll probably be a regular there.

We ordered the sexy Maduro roll (8 pieces) & the double yellowtail (hamachi...8 pieces), & an order of Maduro (Nigeria style). We will definitely be back. Some of the freshest sushi we've ever had. Good service, too.

The best sushi restaurant I've ever been to. My husband and I come here about two times every time I visit. The rolls are only the tip of the iceberg; they have an amazing high quality variety of Japanese cuisine to die for! I tried curry for the first time here and will not settle for anything less now.
Because I am from California, high quality fish is very easy to distinguish from lower grade cuts and suppliers. Kaizen Sushi has great standards for their fish and it shows in the food, no matter what you order. Please visit! (owner/ manager is very friendly too!)

Kid-friendliness: I have heard they are very friendly to the children! Cater to them nicely and are welcomed.
