This location is nasty. The counter top by the drinks was very dirty. The girl went to load up the lids but didn’t even care to clean it up. The bathrooms are disgusting. The smell from the bathrooms linger inside the store. As soon as you walk in, you can smell it. My Son tried to go in the bathroom and immediately closed the door because it stuck so bad. You can tell that the workers don’t care. Night shift are guys and the service is super slow. I guess it’s because there’s only 2 people working and managing the drive through as well as the walk ins. I will not return to this location.

This looks cation is really busy so the workers are under a lot stress but the do a great job. The service can be a bit slow because of how much they have to do during busy times.
They have always done a great job getting me all my items and keeping the food consistent. I don't mind waiting since the food is hot and not sitting staged for a long time.

Worst experience I have ever had with KFC.

Waited in the drive through line for over 35- 40 mins and by the time I got up to the window the staff member informed me he had to place me on hold, 12 mins later still with no service/order, I asked “is someone still there” and the staff member running the drive through said “yes” however, we are very behind on our orders and it will take at least 20-30 mins until I can take your order. I informed then that everyone behind me waiting to place their order is leaving and I am leaving myself especially if I am going to have to wait that long.
Whoever was running the drive through they displayed poor customer service and were very unprofessional.
This KFC location I will never be coming back to, as for some reason there is always a delay with getting your order but this time was more than the typical 10 mins wait.
If this is a franchised own location then I highly recommend you provide customer service training to your staff because this was an “unsat” experience for all the customers that came through the drive through on Sunday (11/02) evening from 5:00 - 5:45 pm, resulting in everyone leaving due to terrible customer service, and no order/food.
We had the 16 piece honey barbecue chicken. It was great. We had it with the Mac and Cheese, coleslaw and mashed potatoes and gravy.

No Point in ordering online. They didn't even start until I was asking for the order for pick up many minutes later. I watched them complete multiple orders for other people while I continued to wait.
We ordered 3 biscuits with 3 honey sauces. We received one honey sauce. We had to flip a coin to see who got to have honey sauce on their biscuit this is the third time this as happened. I know, I know, don’t order from there anymore. Ok. I think they did it as a joke.

The owner of this franchise should be ashamed to hire such lazy and unhelpful employees. At least 4 people working, or doing nothing near and around the kitchen. Not one person acknowledged me help me at the counter. Even after at least 1 person made eye contact with me. So I just walked out. Never step in KFC again.

What a waste of customer's time. Horrible tasting food and very salty. Chicken tenders didn't even taste like chicken, tasted like old, greasy pork. Place looks filthy from drive thru window. I felt sick after 3 bites. I threw the 3 piece in the garbage and I will never eat here again guaranteed!!!!!!!!!
