Is was by far the worst quality of food that I have ever had at a KFC. I have since a problem when the manager looked up at the clock when we arrived. It was a good 45 minutes before closing. We ordered 3 boxed meals ( 3 pc chicken), and 1 chicken tenders meal. They told us they only had extra crispy left. I asked if they could make us original recipe, she said no. The manager was in the back round but didn't say anything. We settled for what they had. Big mistake. Chicken must have been sitting for some time because it was dry. They didn't have enough tenders to fill the order so they improvised with dry out nuggets. Mostly just deep fryer breading.
This was bad service and poor quality of food. KFC owners should be ashamed of this. We won't be coming back. And we'll be thinking twice about stopping at any other KFC in the future. Years ago this was our go to restaurant.

Joined the KFC rewards with the App. They gave me a free Chicken Sandwich! The food was good, the wings were small but tasty.. good biscuit. The Cole slaw was pretty good and the mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious. I wish there was some butter and honey for the biscuit, and some plastic utensils also. Service was good… had my food ready!

We had the best experience at this location today all because of a person that works there named Brendan!! We absolutely had no clue how to order what we wanted in the app and Brendan was so patient all while still doing other things but still taking care of us! With the help of Brendan we were able to order what we wanted and get our food. Brendan really made our experience AWESOME! I hope KFC understands how valuable Brendan is!! ✨💯

Window person cool. But the communication or attention in the kitchen is poor I guess. I ordered a #12 chicken sandwich w/ fries, but got a 3 piece w/ mash potatoes and slaw. I should have been more alarmed with the order coming so quick right after my change and the smell of biscuits. They're lucky I like fried chicken, and I couldn't return to address the problem. But I was really looking forward to my chicken sandwich

We have been waiting for over 20 minutes and there are still people waiting for their food that were here when we came in. And it’s not overly busy. No one has come in since we arrived. If you aren’t going to hire the people to run your business then just close down. This is so ridiculous.

This is not the first instance... What is the purpose of pre-ordering if the chicken you ordered is not fresh? This establishment is subpar. I spent nearly 50$ and received food that was not fresh. It was chilled and tough, biscuits were as hard as stone.
