Stop Don’t go to the location on 1280 w warm springs I ordered for the first time on the app even gave a promo for a free individual fry I clicked on it said finish your order I did then it said my order will be ready at 7:50pm got there at 7:52 the girl helping at the counter was Brianna said they do forgot to drop chicken so we had to wait another 15 minutes since they just dropped it no apology either.
Meanwhile lobby is filling up with the same problem all waiting on chicken and biscuits they also didn’t drop.
After waiting 15 or more minutes my order comes up I asked about the free individual fries promo added on the app she said we can’t give you free fries since ir doesn’t show on your order even showing her on the app she argued with me I’m front of 6 other people also waiting on chicken they forgot to drop said all food even one fry is accounted for so she couldn’t give me free fries not hire fault I said it’s your app she said not our problem not only did they forgot to drop chicken but made us wait extra 15 minutes for their mistake with no apology but to argue with me then I asked for her name while her crew members talked trash in the back she said bye leave call someone. Put matters worse in my order we got the Korean bbq loaded fries came home and there’s a bowl with ONLY fries and some sauce no pickles no slaw no chicken nuggets this is so unacceptable unprofessional and she should no be working there I am livid. Paid $40 for not a complete order I mean Korean bbq loaded does is not just fries with sauce she should know what comes on it but to be spoken to unprofessionally

There are boogers on the wall, some weird liquid on the wall, there’s ants all around the soda machine and there was hair in my chicken, everything was stale. This location is terrible, the workers was nice but the inside is terribly dirty and unsanitary with ants all around the soda machine and there was boogers on the walls where I was sitting, my fries were stale and they had no napkins.

It was fair. The ordering process on the kiosk leaves much to be desired. They chicken was tasty but so very greasey. I guess it was fair. The best part was the biscuit. Mash potatoes were salty.

Waited 15 min for 12 piece nugg and mash potatoes and then was told just another 3 min twice and I just left. I payed 15 dollars for nothing and maybe u should hire employees that can do there job.

Night shift is honestly the worst, the women who takes the orders is so rude, they always forget at least one side even on a simple order, and never give a receipt or answer the phone so you can get it corrected. Just don’t go in the afternoon. (I visited 2/12 around 8:30pm)

I ordered from here and there were some ossues with the food, but it was late at night towards close. I called and spoke to a manager, Gaby, she understood and offered a replacement order for another day. Picked ot up today no issue. Very professional and tried to make right.

don’t eat here just pickup doordash & ubereats orders all the time & everytime i get here it’s always a 10-15 minute wait for the food & no one ever talks to you when you come in customer service is bad
