I went there today to complain to the manager about the bone found in the pot pie, and they are permanently closed!!! They have said they have moved, but the location is closed down!!!!

They need to get their information right on the Internet. It's 7:45 PM on a Saturday evening and I attempted to order food from Postmates. Postmates states that KFC is open and so does the Internet. KFC States they're open till 11 PM on every website. Yet, they are closed. I will give kfc a negative review for wasting my time and not having good customer service.

So I came through the drive through the 26th of January. I was double charged but they said it was not they're fault or they're problem. The woman working was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I would love to put her name on this post but she wouldn't give it to me. If you like KFC I would highly recommend going to a different location.

I find it hard sometimes to write reviews on chain restaurants or stores. I mean it's KFC. Aren't they all kinda the same?? lol I must admit I don't eat @ KFC much but I do LOVE their coleslaw. Its the best tasting coleslaw I've ever had!! Anyways......I got some coupons for KFC in the mail & my boyfriend wanted me to save them so we could hit them up one night. Well that night came. I tried to order on-line so all we had to go was go pick it up but there was no place to input a coupon so we couldn't do that. So we headed to the store. We were going to go inside but it looked busy so we did the drive thru instead. We ordered on of the bucket meal deal. We asked for crispy chicken & was told we could only get it in the dark meat, but would have to be 1/2 & 1/2 with original recipe. It seems KFC locations are always running out of the chicken. We hit one up in Bullhead, AZ when we were in Laughlin one weekend & we had the same problem with the crispy chicken to. What's up with this??? I do like the crispy chicken better & don't mind the darker meat, even though its not healthier for you but it sure taste better!! Biscuits are my favorite too, but there best fresh. They don't taste them same left over & heated up. They gave us like 3 butter packets for a box of 5 biscuits & a boat load of the honey sauce that we didn't ask for nor use. Didn't see this until we got home. Mashed potatoes & gravy is always a hit. I actually grew up on KFC & will probably always be a fan. The drive thru actually moved pretty fast & we didn't have to wait long. Just wish they would keep stocked up with their different types of chicken & pieces. This could be a deal breaker for some.

This visit wasn't great sadly. Food was cold and they didn't have lids for my drink. Dining area was very cold. A bit disappointed.

Terrible experience. The manager didn't come out to help just 2 guys working out front. I came home to find the Wrong chicken. I paid extra for a breast. Didn't get my side of mash potatoes or my biscuit.

My chicken sandwich had NO chicken in it—it was all breading. I drove all the way back to the store, was ignored when I entered, and then treated rudely by the ‘manager.’ I was told a new sandwich would take at least 7 minutes, so I asked for a refund. I was then informed that the other manager would have to called to ok this simple request. Several minutes later, she emerged and curtly told me that she would not refund the entire check—only the cost of the sandwich. (This was unnecessary since that is all I had asked for) I am sincerely hopeful that the camera caught the moment when she threw the change at me—it is too classic. Since leaving this store, I have enjoyed a delicious, chicken-filled Chik Fil A sandwich—the only chicken sandwich in my future. KFC has long been an American institution, but I am afraid those days are in the past if this store is any indication.

One of my major pet peeves, not being open when you are supposed to. Seeing the other reviews, I should add a star for being closed and not being able to be more disappointed with the food/service.
It feels pointless to write this review since it's obvious this location is the absolute worst! I ordered an 8 piece in the drive through. Was asked to pull around where I waited for 26 minutes! Finally got my food and pulled away angry only to get home and see they gave me someone else's order! I called to complain and he said "oh ya we gave you the wrong food sorry" I demanded a refund and he basically said " ya whatever" Then gave me a fake name when I asked his name.

They always give you the wrong friggin order. I paid 19.70 and what I got was a Pepsi and chicken sandwich, not my order had to go back again.

I've given them a number of tries. Their food is always stale and old. Like they are serving leftovers. I went and ordered their bbq wings and the wings came with a few drops of bbq sauce and weren't tossed in sauce at all. The owner needs to get involved in this or it's going to either give someone food poisoning or will go out of business

I went in and order my meal.. then they came back and told me that they didn't have it ready that it would be 20 minutes and I was like can you give me something else.. the manager came and talked to me and told me the same thing and I told her the same thing and she just walked away.. and didn't say anything to me
