Koibito Poke - Henderson Union Village

I almost don't want to praise this place too much because I don't want other people to find out about it. 😆 Definitely the best build your own poke spot out here, at least on this side of Henderson. Every time I go everything is super clean and fresh and the people serving you have great attitudes. With some of the other poke spots I've frequented that has not been the case. I also like their rewards program since you can actually get free bowls out of it.

We were in the area and decided to try this new place. The portions are smaller than the usual poke places and a bit more expensive too. The kids bowl for $9 was just white rice/soy sauce/tofu which was totally not worth it. We also had the BYO and Koibito bowls and were tasty but small portions. If in the area and need a poke fix then is decent but honestly many better poke places in the area.

firstly, the rice smells like gym socks.
secondly, 90% of the bowl is rice.
thirdly, the portions are smaller than an ice cream scooper. the scoop they use is the size of a medium melon baller. greedy.
lastly, the poke itself looks old. the poke is served room temperature….

go to poke express instead bc for $15 you will actually get full.

This place is so rude they won't even let their delivery drivers use the restroom

I picked up food as a delivery driver. I asked to use the bathroom. I was told I couldn’t use the bathroom because ‘technically I wasn’t a customer’. I have never had a restaurant refuse me access to the bathroom. Horrible.

The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone near the area. The tuna felt fresh and it was well seasoned/prepared.

Lady raising Her voice repeatedly asking me "How many scoops of salmon do U want?!" after I asked for large salmon sushi bowl. I repeated I would like the large bowl that says 4 oz. With an elevated tine & attitude she said in exact words "They are all the same size & you dont know what u want". I replied, I just ordered a large salmon bowl, that is what I wany. She said she OWNS the place & refused to help me. Older chuby lady with glasses & black straight hair. Sad because Im a regular here & work out at the gym nearby. Its usually always been a pleasant experience with the different staff I have encountered up until now. Looks like they are hiring just to fill bodies now.

An underrated POKĒ place between Henderson hospital and the busy 515/11 freeway. The vibe is chill and quiet, surprising for being so close to the freeway. The food is good and healthy and you don’t feel bloated, greasy or guilty after eating here!

This is the single worst poke I've ever had. The portions small, the Ingredients taste awful, the options for typing is sad. Nothing about this place is worth going to. Still hungry after eating my bowel too!
