The bartender lost our Debit Card!!! I was told that someone would reach out and no one has. My husband and I arrived here just before midnight November 22, to meet up with a group of friends for a couple of hours. We all had a great time! When we arrived we gave the bartender our debit card to open a tab. During our time there the bartenders had a shift change. When it was time for us to leave the new bartenders hands me a bill. That’s when I tell them they can close our open tab. They have no idea what I am talking about. My friends were given back their cards but have somehow lost mine. We remained calm and just asked that they please continue to look for it. They kept asking if I was sure we even gave them my card and I told them they could check their cameras if they didn’t believe me or my friends who vouched for me. In the end they just apologized and asked for my info so they can call me when they find it. It had been a week, my husband and I have called a couple of times since and apparently nothing was done. The last time I called I ask to speak to a manager because losing someone’s debit card is unacceptable and at this point I am no longer checking in for my card, I am calling to file a complaint. They assured me that they gave my info to their manager to give me a call back and no one has reached out. Losing my debit card just before the holidays is a MAJOR INCONVENIENCE. To not even get a call back or even an apology is just pathetic. The last person I spoke to at this establishment just said that my card should have been locked in there register. Like, okay… obviously it wasn’t though. I just want to know that something was being done about it. Please talk to your staff to assure that this doesn’t happen again to anyone!

I had a very concerning experience at this bar. While playing the bar-top roulette machine, I had several smaller wins that added up to around $2,000. However, at no point did I hit a single jackpot of $1,200 or more — the machine never locked up or required a handpay. Despite this, the late night bartender tried to make me fill out a taxable W-2G form, which is only supposed to be issued when you hit a single jackpot of $1,200+.
When I questioned this, the bartender became aggressive and told me I was going to get him fired. This was extremely uncomfortable and completely inappropriate. Casinos in Nevada have strict rules, and staff should not pressure guests into signing incorrect tax forms.
I want to warn other players: if you win, make sure you know the rules. Only jackpots of $1,200 or more on one hit require tax paperwork — not multiple smaller wins that add up. If this happens to you, ask for a supervisor or contact the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

Every time I coming in this place I have to wait at the bar like I'm invisible person to try to get a drink, and it's not as if they don't see me they have my credit card and they will look at me and they continue a mundane conversation with each other before they actually come back to me to ask me what I want to drink. It is specifically the crew this is before 11:00 pm. I don't get it , hey seem like nice people but as far as service is concerned it seems as if they feel like they're doing me a favor by handing me a drink.

What a find! I was staying at the adjacent hotel for two weeks and really lucked out by trying the food at the Keg on the first night. I think I ate there 10 times after that. Excellent food and a reasonable varied menu. There's a non-smoking dining room that's much quieter than the bar area if that's your thing. The wait staff was excellent, Royce, Avers and Sierra were my servers over those days. I only wish someone would tell their bartender how to proper pour a Guiness though. I didn't want to seem like a snob so I didin't say anything in person.
