Great cafe spot, but hours are too short and tourists may be disappointed if they didn't know in advance. Closed Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Absolute perfect site location with lots of patio tables, chairs, and customers outside (yes). Note, there may be mosquitoes, flies, or birds joining your table outside at times. Gorgeous views of Lake Las Vegas. Not the most relaxing cafe, but they do have the best French breakfast galettes here. That's what I usually go for. Cashiers are working multiple tasks and are very experienced. You will hear French dialogues sometimes. Music is wonderful. Assorted variety of breads and quiche. Only a few sitting spots for sitting indoors. Expect heavy local foot traffic because of high demand, but short operating hours. I still enjoy every visit because they stand out. Cute hidden cafes are my thing. Nicely decorated and well kept. Servers carry out to your table number if dining there. Lavender latte was good, but often, there are too many lavender bits in the drink. Breads are good. Not much happens around here. I wish there were more restaurants and cafe selections. Still, it's a beautiful place to visit, especially if you stay overnight around here. Love French cafes.

Found out they were bought out- and closed indefinitely wjthout a notice, idk why they wouldn't place anything on the door, idk keep the spot relevant have people come out for no reason? Idk but don't bother

Exceptional Breakfast and Pastries. The staff is very attentive and the food is delivered swiftly. This restaurant is definite keeper.

Always enjoy coming here for breakfast! They have the friendliest employees, the best pastries and delicious sandwiches. When you sit outside you get the best views of Lake Las Vegas. Highly recommend this place!

Love this local bakery shop. It's hard to find good pastries that aren't too sweet and pricey. They have a cute patio overlooking late that allows for pets. Good sized menu for sandwiches and salads. Friendly staff! Highly recommend when visiting the village

I love all things coffee and chocolate and the mocha from Le Café Du Lac was one of the best I have ever had. My wife ordered a quiche and was surprised that it was made fresh and came with a delicious salad. Since carbs are my vice, I tried the almond croissant which was spectacular. The shop itself was a little tight but they have a nice outdoor seating area outside at the waters edge.

This location does not serve the food shown on yelp. Pastries snd quiche are the only selection. Loved the salmon toast / but no more. Goodbye, Cafe du lac.

I’m not sure what place the pictures are showing… but it’s not this place. They don’t have crepes, French toast or the cappuccino in a cup with the heart or any other breakfasts seen in these pictures. They have pastries and burnt coffee. They give you your dry crunchy pastry in a brown to go box. Very overpriced. The only nice thing was the view. I was very excited to come here and left very disappointed on Mother’s Day. ?

I live around the corner from the Horizon location, but wanted a water view. Very cute place with nice location but we were very disappointed when we came for Mother's Day and they didn't have the same menu as the other locations. Just pastries and quiche. This place would be perfect with the same menu. I can't find anywhere on their website where it says they don't serve food ( normal Menu) So just bear that in mind when going to visit. It is a lovely location and I'm sure the coffee and pastries are great, but there is no real food if you are hungry for a meal.

This place has the most delicious smell as you walk in! The maple strudel pastry thing was delicious! My biggest complaint is the price. And that I got the same drink 3 times on 3 different days and was charged 3 different prices. Got a reception the last time. Seems like sometimes they were charging almost a dollar to add honey, which is ridiculous. If it were the only thing in this part of town besides Starbucks I don’t think I would have gone back.

So happy to see Du Lac open with their new menu. My ham quiche was outstanding and the salad dressing was so good!!! Thank you Du Lac!
