I ordered St. Louis ribs, but I’m pretty sure they gave me babyback. Either that, or those were the worst St. Louis ribs I’ve ever had. It was dry, full of cartilage, and the BBQ sauce they gave me tasted like cold grocery-store sauce.
They only earned 2 stars because the work was nice.

Moved to Henderson from down south about 4 years ago and have been searching for a good BBQ place and this is definitely it and had made it into my top 5. Which is a lot to say from me, with having family in the bbq business and competitive cook off events around the country. The owner was very nice and welcoming. God bless her and i hope she sees more foot traffic in this hidden gem. Im also discussed about the negative comments with this place, but you know how Vegas is.

The brisket is dry and burnt ends are old and hard. The best thing I had was the corn bread and macaroni salad.

This was once a good place, but the quality of food has tanked recently. The brisket that used to fall apart so easily is now dry and tough, the macaroni ame cheese is mid, and the collard greens that I used to love so dearly are now completely unsalted and without flavor. The tone of the man behind the register is unfriendly and short. I will not buy from them again.

They lucky to even get one star cause they deserve none . Who the hell do these people think they are ?!? Scamming ppl with little meat portions and over giving on the sides . The corn looks like boogers in a jar and presentation overall looks horrible .look how much meat you get for 30 plus dollars . Like that's crazy . Henderson areas is not known for good food and many companies feel they can over charge due to the area . I say this is by far the worst bbq spot in Nevada . They will not last long . I'm counting down the days .

I was expecting a great experience for this BBQ place but it was the worst BBQ I have ever eaten. Not only was this place out of most of the food but the drinks also. Not to mention that they had a drain problem and there was a huge puddle of water on the floor which was a definite hazard. The brisket was perfectly seasoned but was really dry. The hotlink had a taste like lard on it. The slice of bread was hard and uneatable. The only good tasting food was the smoked Mac n cheese, the baked beans and the cornbread. Very disappointed as the prices were pricey considering the small amount of food you get. Definitely would not recommend.

This place used to be good. Their southern corn used to be flavorful and unique, now it's cold and sour. The sandwich is now just decent. The fries are the only thing I can compliment.

Ok um everything was dry. They charged me $35 and some change for three individual ribs, 2 pieces of chicken, 3 pieces of cornbread and fries. Oh, I forgot my $3.75 drink that is compared to a small size at most restaurants. Let me say again, everything was dry. Even the cornbread. The chicken looked old. I had ordered online and arrived in literally less than 10 minutes. My order was bagged and ready to go when I walked in the door. I don't appreciate that because they obviously didn't make it fresh. For almost $40 it should be good food and it was horrible. I literally only fully ate the fries with ranch because that was the only good thing I got. Just no. I won't go back.

We work in the call center around the corner and had been wanting to try it. This food was absolutely horrible. The food was cold, the chicken was old and it was dry. The hot link was not a hot link it was a hot dog and looked nothing like what they have on their site. I tried calling the owner who claim they smoked the fresh chicken this morning and was rude and did not offer any things to fix the problem. And the fact that we paid $60 for this crap is ridiculous. The owner responded to this review and took no accountability. Yes I hung up once the manager insisted that her smokes the chicken that morning. My complaint is not about door dash, we can warm food up. But as you can see in these pics, the chicken that was served is the issue. But like all other negative reviews that owner doesn't take accountability either.
Excellent food, service, and value. As a native Nashvillian, although Nashville isn’t known for bbq it is an important food group, and I adamantly encourage you to chow down here.
