Little Caesars Pizza

extremely slow and very busy. we’re approaching 75 min. after the online order was placed and i’ve waited in store for what has been 30min and still going after the notification that my food was ready… which it’s not!!

the lady at the front was handling the situation as well as anyone could in this type of predicament . Staff is not prepared and ready for business . I blame management or the turnover rate of not being able to keep employees long enough to be competent.

Ordered online at 6:20 got here at 6:48 have been waiting almost an hour for some food my whole order was made except one thing and they just keep giving attitude over it

Workers have no sense of urgency especially when they know there’s people waiting to order. Definitely won’t be back because it’s always like that.

Waited forever, they gave my pizza to a walk-in, too short staffed, and the crust is different. Fake pizza crust? The crust they used to use was much better.

My BF loves little Ceasars. But this was gross. It had to be in the warmer a couple hours. Wasn't even cut thro. It was pretty gross

This location is abhorrent. It looked dirty, all of the indoor lights were off. There was one guy working all stations, he had headphones on, did not greet me and made me feel like he was doing me a favor by taking my order. I waited almost an hour for a pepperoni pizza that is advertised as being "hot and ready". Never coming here again, one of the worst experiences at any food establishment, ever.

There were about 15 people waiting for their orders while there was no cashier. The employees in the back wouldn’t speak to us. Pizzas were not going into the racks, so they were cold when we finally got ours.

Door Dash never delivered my pizza. No one bothered calling me.
Always have issue with my deliveries. From delivering to the wrong house, delivering cold pizza, driver lost, and know this. I will no longer order from this pizza place again.

“Hot n Ready” they say. Should be criminal for me to wait a whole HOUR for 2 boxes of pepperoni and I most likely would’ve waited longer if I didn’t remind “Eugene” that I can see my pizza in the warmer. Dude is the embodiment of slow, physically, mentally, spiritually you name it. The lobby fills up with people and he still moves like a Roomba. The least he can do is pretend to like his job and not seem miserable so I feel better about waiting an hour for 2 boxes. The pizza was aight and that concludes my rant.
