DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. NONE OF THE STAFF ARE HELPFUL AND THE WAIT TIME IS ALWAYS 2+ HOURS AND WHEN I ASKED TO CANCEL AND REFUND MY ORDER THIS GUY JUST IGNORED ME AND ALWAYS GOT AN ATTITUDE. I walked into the store and asked I believe it was the manager about how much longer on my order he said about 10 minutes I waited 10 minutes and then asked him again and he said oh it's going to be about another 10 minutes I said dude you just told me 10 minutes 10 minutes ago. Then I say I'm not quite understanding here what is going on I said it about two or three times then it's like he makes it up in his head that oh we have to remake the order he says and I'm thinking to myself it's just two pepperoni pizzas and pre-made Wings how could you mess that up I don't know if he was having a bad day and decided to lie to me I was watching the oven and I watched two pepperoni pizzas come out him and him put two Wings on top of the pepperoni pizzas then put it in the hot box I'm almost certain that was my order if the manager above him could please reach back out to me in this post I would appreciate it

Someone please fix their AC because no workers should have to work in those conditions and it took our order over an hour it said it was supposed to be ready. And still got our order wrong and it was cold and burnt.

We ordered online at 5:31 and didn't receive our order until 6:50pm. We waited for over 45 minutes for 1 pizza and cheese bread. When we entered the store to let the team know, the manager Ryan said they were working on it. 20 minutes later no pizza or cheese bread. We asked again for our order and they said they never started on it. WHAT? We were waiting for no reason at all and they hadn't even started our order after we told them our order wasn't ready. We wasted our time and that should have never happened especially when we ordered online. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Ryan was outside smoking a cigarette while the young girls were working tirelessly to provide the customers with their orders. Ryan wasn't in the store at all and wasn't doing anything to resolve our order. The young ladies helped us out but to wait over 45 minutes for 1 pizza while other customers had come and gone with more than 1 pizza (within 45 minutes) while we waited is completely unacceptable. Once we notified staff that our pizza was not ready, they should have made our order priority! My review will also go on yelp and I will also reach out to BBB.

My 2nd time receiving dry burnt Philly puffs I can't even eat this every time we go there they can't ever find our order or always messing up our order or it'll be completely burnt I want my money back I can't eat this
