My family and I have been here a few times!Service is a hit or miss. I've had some really great servers and some really bad servers.But the food is really good! Definitely worth their prices!I've had their pizzas, the burgers, and their nachos. All of them are fantastic! I especially love their pizzas.The kids meals are also a hit or miss. The kids pizzas are huge! How are their quesadillas are too small and size compared to the other kids meals.We like their food enough to recommend them to friends and family!Kid-friendliness: Their pizzas and mac and cheese are huge quantities. Whoever the kids quesadilla is very very small. I feel like it was the wrong portion size. If you compare it to the amount of calories it should have been, I feel like they didn't give us as much as we should have had. The quesadilla is not worth the money.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and an elevator to get up to the restaurant.

I don't know what happened to this place but it's not the same as when it first opened. It was really good before but now the food is disappointing and not good. Even the Texas toast dessert was really bad. I can believe how bad it is now.

We visit Lifeguard often and find ourselves at MacKenzie River out of convenience. Food is decent but we always can expect being there for quite a while as the service is extremely slow. Okay for when we are there to watch a game, but when we want to get dinner and get out of there it can be a bit frustrating. Last time we were there, it took us about 20-25 minutes just to get our bill after asking the server for it. The slow service is very typical, so do not go here if you are in a hurry. Atmosphere is fun though.Kid-friendliness: Kid menus are fun and kids are given 4 crayons.

If you like to be ignored for over 30 minutes and forced to leave just to go somewhere else then this place is for you. Service is usually horrible and the food is mediocre. Drinks are always good but go straight to the bar or you may never get one.

Great food but every time I come in here the service is horrible. Slow response times !! . We always have to decide if we come here are we prepared for the slow service…..and the crispy onions need to be CRISPY !!!! Not soggy.

Once again the service sucks.... Waiting, waiting, waiting to be acknowledged. Asked a waitress at the next table if she was serving us, no, it's Pam or Sam.... I had to move to the bar to get service. Reminds me why I always give this place a second chance and it never gets better.
I got the street tacos and they were tasty but a little dry. Ask for extra salsa with your tacos! The fries were good and the Pizzas were great!

This was our first visit. We ordered pizzas and drinks. Service was pretty good considering how busy they were. The food was very good and the menu had lots to choose from. It was noisy, but junior league games were being played along with their parents, so it was understandable.
