Real deal Italian, haven't had anything bad here yet. Small interior, but big portions. The owners and staff are amazing. I tell all my friends about this one.

Wow!! Do yourself a favor and RUN to this little gem!!! Small, quaint, incredible place. Our family of 5 each ordered something different and LOVED all of it. Of course we got a delicious pizza to share, but individual dishes we had stole the show. We ordered seafood risotto, lasagna, gnocchi and seafood pasta!!!!! All perfection! Could be top 3 places we have ever been. We are still thinking of our meal that was over a month ago!! Can't wait to go back!!

First time ordering from this little amazing gem!! Wow, what an amazing surprise! Eggplant Parmesan was fantastic, and so was the chicken Marsala and the Fettuccine Alfredo! The order was done fast and the owner was very accommodating giving us garlic knots and making our food exactly as we ordered! Definitely deserves a five star! Next time I'm dining in

Pardon the expression but these guys were straight off the boat from Italy. Amazing and authentic Italian food. The atmosphere was simple and made me feel like I was back in Italy. Truly a hidden gem and my favorite Italian restaurant in Vegas.

One of the best restaurants in Henderson! Their pizza is incredible, and all of the pasta dishes we’ve tried were excellent as well. Be sure to get the tiramisu for dessert. Plus the owners are lovely and we have always had great service!

I wouldn't be leaving this review if I was able to reach someone by phone regarding my order. But as you can see by the pictures below I tried and was unable. Not good to have a business and you cannot be reached by phone. This pizza was terrible. EDIT UPDATE- As you can see I tried to call number you say is yours and is listed here on yelp 702-564-6262 last night and again just now. That number says not in service...adding another screenshot of my call log. So is there an actual number I can call and actually speak to someone???

Being from Northern NJ just outside of NYC, I was skeptical about eating pizza out here in NV. The owners are extremely friendly and right from Italy, so I had a feeling we were in for a treat. The place is clean and beautifully decorated. All that being said, best pizza I ever had. I have never had pizza crust as flavorful and it simply melts in your mouth.

Quaint little place. Chicken parm plate with spaghetti was huge. Very delicious. Husband had lasagna. Also very good. Homemade rolls were soft and tasty. Tried the Homemade tirimisu, it was good but small and no lady fingers, just cream with too much cocoa powder on top. But overall the food was very good and I highly recommend. Good size portions for the price.
By far the best Italian restaurant in Henderson or Las Vegas. 100% authentic Italian food that will have you planning your next visit before you’ve even finished your meal. The owner and staff are incredible and have made my kids and I feel like family since day 1. The pizza is the best we’ve had in Nevada. The chicken piccata is a personal favorite of mine. 10/10 - would highly recommend for anyone looking for an amazing Italian meal.

Great service, authentic food. Wonderful mom and pop Italian in Henderson. Lovely couple who run the place! We had a pizza (can’t remember which) the dough was definitely home made and pulled. The eggplant parmigiana, caprese salad and carbonara were spot on!

Trattoria Rustica is one of those unassuming Las Vegas gems tucked away between two giant retail boxes that one could easily overlook in the sea of corporate chain restaurants surrounding it. It would be a mistake to pass by this absolutely charming family effort. I've now been seated for dinner and have taken pizza away and am now a great fan of both experiences. The restaurant is on the small side with great atmosphere and delightful staff. Our lovely dinner was served with bread knots we could tell were made of the pizza dough. Suffice it to say we wasted no time to return for a pizza Italia and a Calabrese. Both fantastic.If you are local and haven't been - I can't recommend this fantastic trattoria enough.
