Pizza was dripping in grease. Absolutely terrible. Had ordered the 3 type of pepperoni a couple of weeks ago same issue. I thought it was b/c there were 3 types of pepperoni but it wasn't. I only had one type this time and the crust was piggy and the box was leaking grease. Learned my lesson. They are off rhe list.

The food is great! However, it definitely feels short-staffed whenever I call in leaving the customer service to be very hit or miss. Also, the website never seems to be user-friendly or fully functional.

Love Marco’s pizza but this location is horrid. When I opened the pizza box, it looked terrible, and had droppings of ingredients I didn’t order. No big deal. But when I was about halfway into it I bit into something chewy, which turned out to be a small rubber band. I’ll never come back here.

Eh. I had a fantastic Marcos pizza 2 times - but the last 3 times it’s been a greasy bomb. Sloppy and messy and the box is covered I mean covered in grease. The prices are good, the staff are fine! The kitchen looked a bit like a bomb hit it, could maybe clean as you go?

Wow. I’m at a loss for words. The employee who just answered the phone to take a delivery order was so disrespectful and rude. My mom was struggling to find words to even finish a sentence because this woman was rushing and cutting her off after every word. She clearly wanted to get off the phone and didn’t care about what my mom ordered. I like Marcos pizza and their food is usually decent, but it’s a huge turn off when the people that work there are unhappy (& it’s completely noticeable) there was no thank you, no customer connection. It’s a crappy feeling. After tonight, we won’t be calling again. Please do better guys. If you don’t like your job, then leave. Because now you’re losing a loyal customer. And over $30 for a small pizza and 6 buffalo wings. That’s crazy work.

Order was from Stephanie in henderson put in order to pick up at 630 was 5 got there at 630 waited 5 min they asked name told them he said oh just coming out of oven another 10 min asked can't find it girl came over apologized said they will have to remake it 30 min waiting give me order I left got home wife ordered chicken Cesar salad it had no chicken ranch dressing not Cesar been going here for 5 years never seen anything like it 45 min there giant fiasco

This was my first time trying Marco's and Bayyyybe they did not disappoint me! This Deep Dish was delivered Bubbly Hot and the Flavor of the Crust, Sauce, Cheese & Toppings was absolutely delicious! 😋 Delivery was quick as well. I will definitely order from them again!

Horrible customer service. Delivered my two pizzas with all the toppings slid over to one side. I called them up about it and they couldn’t care less. They offered to remake them and I had to wait another 40 minutes for those two pizzas. I returned them to their store where they never apologized for the inconvenience and refused to take accountability by saying that it must have been from hard breaking when it was obvious the delivery guy dropped the pizzas. I also had to wait 4-5 business days for the money to hit my account. So no pizza and no money. I even tipped the delivery guy $10. Never using this store again.
